Treacherous to get from parking area to front door. Incline with loose rock. Bad steps with loose railing. Home needs maintenance. Great view. House ok. Won’t be back

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was very clean, peaceful, and secluded, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The view was absolutely amazing and one of our favorite parts of the trip. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

"Majestic View" is a perfect name for the property! The deck overlooks Maggie Valley and the 120 degree view of the mountains is spectacular! The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The dusk-to-dawn light outside of the cabin is quite bright and keeps the master bedroom well lit, even in the middle of the night. The outside 'stairs' from the driveway to the cabin were a bit of a challenge, especially when it was raining. Take the 4WD warning literally! The gravel entrance road is quite steep but well maintained. The gravel driveway is also very steep but in great shape. Both would likely be out of the question for a 2WD vehicle in the winter.

The mountain views from the cabin are awesome, the view from the hot tub gorgeous, the interior cabin space was good, but the entrance driveway and walk down to the cabin is in need of repair to eliminate dangerous conditions prone to falls, the deck is in need of maintenance to prevent wood rot, and window and glass door shutters that do not work. The cabin furniture is in need of deep cleaning. The guests would enjoy the place more if some basic amenities ares provided or at least warned to bring with them, including toilet tissue for more than a single use, garbage bags, dish handwashing washing sponge, and kitchen surface cleaning material. The most annoying problem was a strong street light fixture above the car park that penetrates and lights up the bedrooms, annoying and preventing sleep.
