Really cute house. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Nice amenities and close to restaurants and businesses. Great backyard with a nice bar and plenty of games for entertainment. Would come back again! If you’re a Kuerig user, bring your own. They only have a regular coffee pot.

This is a very nice property. The house has a very nice setup and is very clean. My family stayed there and felt very comfortable where we stayed. The host was great, she helped us out whenever needed and was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to stay here as well.

Very cute, comfortable, well-equipped, roomy, family-friendly home in a nice neighborhood. Centrally located for our activities (Legoland, SD Zoo, Birch Aquarium, Old Town, Bay Cruise/Seaport Village). Great host communications.

Terrific layout! Everyone had their own bedroom and two living rooms to enjoy! A wonderful experience was enjoyed by all!

We had an enjoyable time. The house was comfortable for the 6 of us. Kids enjoyed the pool table, weather was great the adults enjoyed the outdoor space.

Great trip

We stayed for a week and had no issues at all! The home is very spacious even with our large group! The host was amazing and the next door neighbor was so friendly! No complaints, only compliments! Would stay again!

Perfect Home Base

House was in a quiet area, close to everything we did during our stay. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Backyard was great for unwinding after a day of taking in the sites. Perfect home base for our family trip to San Diego!

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and relax after a full day of exploring the area. The house and yard are in excellent condition and made the stay very enjoyable. The games, pool table, tv, and gaming consoles were a hit with our kids. We enjoyed the bbq grill and outdoor space for meals together. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic needs and allowed us to cook meals at the house. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The host was also great in communicating. One thing to note is that there is construction happening next door (apartment buildings being built) so expect some regular construction noise in the area during weekdays that starts around 7am. It wasn’t a bother for us, but is something to be aware of. Overall experience was 10/10. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property to other families and larger groups. The host was extremely friendly and communicative from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. The home itself was spacious and comfortable and our family of eight had plenty of room to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. The only drawbacks were the ongoing construction activity on the street and a noticeable odor coming from the shower drains. Construction noise was present most days from the morning until around 4 PM so guests planning to spend a lot of time at the house during the day should be aware of that. The drain odor was unusual and occasionally noticeable during our stay when the water was turned on. Aside from those issues we had a wonderful visit. The home was comfortable the host was outstanding and the space worked perfectly for our family. We truly enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again.

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot for a family. The house was better than the pictures. The two family rooms and ample outdoor space provided plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. Nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

It was wonderful

We had family that lived less then 5 minutes away. This house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, organized, well stocked. We love a clean and tidy home. We felt welcomed as well. We take regular trips to San Diego to visit family. We will be booking with you everytime now. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

We are from SD and came to visit family and friends. The property is lovely. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool table, backyard patio, grill, corn hole, and the fire pit. We even used mint from the garden to make mojitos and the lemons for lemonade! There is a nice park/school yard/dog park across the street where my son shot hoops. Everyone stayed entertained and I can say we used the property to the fullest. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful clean home in a quiet location

We were a family of 5, and stayed in this beautiful home for 6 nights. The property is spacious, well laid out with a perfect and manicured landscape. The house is extremely clean with lots of supplies including towels, kitchen utensils and including a welcome treat. The host was promptly responsive and helpful. The neighbours were also friendly and suggested where to visit during our stay. We felt quite comfortable and would definitely be booking this place again during our next visit to San Diego.

Wonderful San Diego property!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The entire experience was awesome! The house is beautiful, the description on VRBO is accurate. The home is fully remodeled and was a comfortable "home away from home." The house was stocked with eveything we needed to have a wonderful stay and a memorable family Thanksgiving. Very quiet neighborhood near all of the major attractions. Jennifer, the property owner, was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We would highlyrecommend this property for your stay in San Diego!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

What a beautiful home; we loved staying here! Jennifer was incredibly welcoming and helpful; she left nothing out. This lovely vacation home is immaculate and nicely appointed with modern decor. It’s also in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood with close proximity to stores and restaurants. The backyard is fantastic! It’s beautifully landscaped, has a large covered patio with ample seating, features an amazing built in bar/grill, and a fire pit, which made a nice gathering spot in the evenings! The array of indoor and outdoor games and two indoor living areas—each with flatscreen TVs—was perfect entertainment for our family. The home was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online. I highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect!!!

We stayed at the property for 11 days while visiting family. Overall it was a great experience and accommodations were good for a family of 5. Lawn games, pool and darts were a big hit.The issues we had were with constructions near the property ; a high rise apartment in back and on the side, and across the street at an elementary school. Construction noise started early mornings (6:30) and at times, was so loud that instead of enjoying the patio, we went indoors.There was mention of the construction project(s) in the property description, but was misleading as it said completion would be done May of 2026. (Our stay was the end of June- first week in July). Secondly, was the terrible the odor in the showers. Every time we used them, it smelled “sour”. When we contacted the host about it, they were prompt to reply, and came out to pour something down the drain, but made little impact.Overall we did enjoy our visit …lots of laughs, games and family time.
