This spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath home is just under a mile from Notre Dame Stadium! Located between Notre Dame campus, Eddy Street, and downtown South Bend, it’s a short walk to football games, tailgates, and events.

This vacation rental features five bedrooms: two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen and a day bed, another with a double bed, and the last with two twin beds.

There are two fully equipped and stocked kitchens, including stove, oven upstairs, toaster oven downstairs, full-sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. This spacious short-term rental also has two full bathrooms, both newly remodeled. The main bathroom has a tub, and the basement bathroom has a large shower.

There are two living areas with smart TVs; the upstairs living room has a 70in TV. In total, there are 7 smart TVs in the home. Each bedroom has a TV, except for the top floor queen room. The basement living area has two 55in TVs. We have plenty of options to watch the other games before you head to the stadium.

There's a dedicated office space with a large, 6ft wide desk and lots of natural light, perfect for working from home. There's also a second desk/workspace in the basement. If you are in town for a conference at Notre Dame, work in downtown South Bend, or just need a good place to get things done, you have plenty of great options to work remotely at our Airbnb.

The backyard has a newly hardscaped area with a fire pit, patio area, patio furniture and a luxury covered hot tub for your comfort and relaxation. The outdoor space makes this accommodation the perfect game day rental or family-friendly stay!

This Airbnb is great for group lodging and is within walking distance to the University of Notre Dame and downtown South Bend. There is private parking on site so you don't have to worry about driving to the stadium. Our guests say they love the great, convenient location of the property!

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have two outdoor cameras on site, one in the front and one in the back.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private backyard and hot tub. (Two closets are locked for cleaning supplies.)

To receive the entry code for your stay:

- Sign the rental agreement.
- Submit a $500 refundable security deposit.
Access will be granted once these steps are completed. Links will be sent via message and email.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on our cleaners' schedule, with a small fee. Please inquire, and we’ll check availability.

- For bookings longer than 14 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged at the same rate listed on your reservation.

- We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

- Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

- Please keep noise to a minimum during your stay. As the house is nearly 100 years old, sound can travel easily between floors. While the sounds are generally mild and tolerable, the creaky floors are part of the charm of an older home. For a more restful sleep, we recommend bringing earplugs to help minimize any disturbance.

Please note: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $50 per pet, per day fee and may result in removal from the property with no refund.

House rules are stated in the renters agreement along with the associated fees for breaking those rules.
