Wonderful place!

Property was perfect! Had a group of 13 here and there was plenty of room for everyone!!! The host was very accommodating and easy to work with! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall Great Stay

This place had a great space for a larger group. The beds and living space were great! There were some dirty dishes in the cupboards when we arrived which wasn't as great.

Family gathering

We had a great stay, family from across 2 states were able to come together for a long weekend to celebrate the holidays. It was a great setup for us. A good selection of cooking supplies so we were able to prepare meals. We would recommend this place for families.

Amazing House in a Wonderful Location

I was completely satisfied with this property and fully expect to reserve it again next year. It was very clean and had thoughtful extras stocked like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very clean & convenient location!

This home suited our family perfectly! Very clean and cozy beds. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery store. Would highly recommend this home! Nice back yard and deck right off main living room. Thanks for hosting us!

Overnight Stay

Just as nice as advertised. Plenty of room for our group of six adults. We went to a wedding in Adel, stayed overnight. Had coffee on the back deck the next morning. Nice!

Great for week long stay

There were a few issues upon arrival but a message to the host was replied to quickly. They offered to fix the issues, but as they were not hindering the stay, I opted out. It was comfortable and cute, easy to find. There were neighbors walking with dogs and kids, a great, safe place. I'd stay here again for sure.

Wedding Madness

This home was perfect for our group. We were in town for a wedding and when we needed to relax and unwind from everything “wedding”, we just went back “home”. Located only 20 minutes from downtown Des Moines.

Great house for a large family

5 full bedrooms plus a sleeping area in downstairs living area. Plenty of room for a large family. 2 full baths and a half bath! Kitchen was lacking enough plates for everyone to eat at once. But we seemed to have everything else we needed. Room in driveway for 4 full size vehicles to park. The back yard is fenced in if you are staying with children.

Great house in a fantastic location

The house was great and in a fantastic location - easy to get to anything and everything. A front porch on the front and deck on the back were nice, bedrooms were comfortable, and rooms were spacious. Be aware the two showers are upstairs, the half bath is on the main floor, and no bathroom is downstairs. We had some technical difficulties and didn't receive the check-in message from the host and couldn't reach them by phone at check-in time, so that caused a delay, but they answered a question during the weekend very quickly. All-in-all a very nice place to stay.
