Enjoy a beautiful backyard oasis with a heated saltwater pool, a spacious sundeck, and a covered patio for grilling, dining, and lounging in the evenings.

This single-level home sits on a freshly landscaped piece of property four miles north of downtown Chandler. You can easily golf, visit Arizona State University, or take in some Cactus League Spring Training action (the Chicago Cubs' Sloan Park is only seven miles north).

The manicured outdoor spaces truly set this home apart. The pool is heated year-round (with a cooling option in summer) at no additional cost, a cornhole set is provided for family tournaments, and the shaded patio includes a gas grill, cushioned seating, a bistro table, and a fire table to keep you cozy at night.

The desert sun is a recurring theme throughout the house, evident in everything from the artwork to the light fixtures. The interior was recently remodeled to feature a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and high-end appliances. The kitchen is now an ideal space for entertaining, offering ample seating and a separate bar area equipped for coffee and cocktails (with a Keurig, K-Cups, flavorings, and a wine fridge).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
