Beautiful home in Val Vista Lakes with private heated pool! Newly remodeled throughout. Perfect family oriented community conveniently located close to charming downtown Gilbert, San Tan Village and close to many other shopping and dining experiences!
20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale & 15 minutes to the Phoenix airport.
This home allows for a relaxing stay with an amazing & inviting tropical like backyard and heated pool where you will feel like you are truly on vacation! Access to five star clubhouse amenities can be available for stays longer than 7 days.

Host was most accommodating. Home is lovely; well maintained and stocked with needed items. Inviting back yard although it was too cool to really enjoy while we were there. Well located with easy access to restaurants and stores. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home in a peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home with such gracious hosts. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the location is accessible to everything.

House was nice and clean. Listing mentions access to 5 pools on property. Soon arrival I inquired how to access the clubhouse pools and was told that was 180 and supposed to be arranged prior. Owner was nice enough to complete paperwork needed in timely manner once I Venmo’d the 180. Owner also gave excessive reminders throughout the trip of things that had been previously mentioned. The owner understandable so, wants the pool cover on when not in use but the cover is so old, sunburnt and tattered you have to inch it along so it didn’t rip further.

Beautiful and comfy home

House was exactly as listed. Perfect property for a friends or family getaway. Home is well maintained, extremely clean and well stocked. Hosts were extremely attentive and responsive. Definitely on my top choices for Arizona travels in the future.

Perfect Oasis

Loved our stay at this gem in Gilbert. Quiet and clean, with a perfect backyard oasis for relaxing days. Great proximity to downtown Gilbert and Mesa. Excellent hosts. Highly recommend.

My wife and I make our annual trip to this area in March to go to spring training baseball games. This is our third stay at this house and once again everything was perfect. The hosts make sure that the house is clean and comfortable.

Great home location & amenities!

I am so grateful this home was available for my long stay! Not only was it in great condition and as-described, but the house was clean, tidy, and well stocked with blankets, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. The backyard was also great for my dog. Thank you!

Home Away From Home

We were in the area working at BYU. Gabriel was a great host and we were comfortable after a hard days work. We would stay with Gabriel again next tome we are in the area.

High quality vacation home

Well furnished home with extremely comfortable beds, new and very large washer and dryer. Outside cooking and dining area, adjacent to pool was wonderfully relaxing for meals. Many areas inside home for time together, as well as those quiet moments to curl up with a good book away from your group. Peaceful neighborhood convenient to all our vacation adventures.

Excellent House

This is our second rental of this house and like last year, everything was perfect. The hosts are outstanding and made the checkin process easy. The house is very nice and the hosts thought of everything to make our visit very comfortable. The backyard is perfect for morning coffee and swim and barbecue after spending the day at a spring training baseball game.

Great Location!

House was just what we needed for a quick family trip. Super easy check-in/check-out- easy communication with the owners. Just the right amount of space for our family with 2 kids/Infant. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together and the kids to have their own space to relax. Pool is the right size for cooling off and relaxing- enjoyed eating outside when we were at the house. Worked well for us to go to Chandler, Scottsdale or downtown Gilbert.

Outstanding House To Rebt

My wife and I made our annual March trip to the Mesa area to visit our friends and go to spring training baseball games and we stayed at this house for six days. The house is very nice, as advertised and in a nice neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding. We will definitely return next year.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness. Particularly with the outside space, which was a huge reason we chose this property. We had to sweep and wipe down the furniture, and some cushions were so dirty and stained, we were not comfortable using them. Dog poo welcomed us on the driveway when we first arrived, the out door trash cans hadn’t been emptied and really stunk. Also, the pool cover was very difficult for three women in their 70s to remove. We were expected to put it back, but we were not able to manage that. Also, there was a dead bird stuck in the side fence by the entry. Kinda gross. Also, we were not able to find any washcloths. Overall, dissatisfied.
