This charming 1920’s bungalow is located in one of Charlotte’s historic neighborhoods. The home offers a spacious living and dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sofa bed. The space is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped with essentials and niceties, and there is a full-size washer and dryer. Large front porch is the perfect place to savor your morning coffee. Designated driveway parking and plentiful free parking on the street.
Blocks away from midtown hub Metropolitan, Trader Joes, and Target. Easy distance to Kings Drive Farmers market. Perfect location

The house is exactly how Nhora listed it, everything you need for a stay in Charlotte - perfect location. We attended a conference in Uptown, just a short 10min drive away.

Very convenient comfy spot

I was in town for a soccer game and stayed here with a friend. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to in just a short Uber ride from the property. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Highly recommended!

Ideal perfection

Charlotte Cherry Bungalow Thank you Nhora for sharing this beautiful home with me. This home was perfect in every way. Thank you for providing such a clean, warm, and safe haven for my visit to Charlotte. I loved the neighborhood so very much. I truly felt at home in this space. I appreciated all of the small details you have provided for your guests. This home is perfect for a traveling adult as well as an entire family! Sitting on your front porch while eating a home-cooked meal (with the help of your near-by Trader Joe’s) was the serene grounding needed each evening and night. I look forward to future stays with my family, if you aren’t booked up! In all my years of using VRBO I’ve had some disappointing experiences of other hosts property not living up to their bare minimum expectations of cleanliness and basic maintenance- THIS stay far EXCEEDED my expectations and was very much appreciated. It is such a gift to reap the efforts of your hard work to assure your guests feel so welcomed and comfortable in this beautiful home. It was an honor to be invited and treated to this luxurious & historically-preserved home.

Metropolitan is a strip mall with all major chains-Marshalls, Best buy, Trader Joe’s and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. In addition, there are 3 major parks close by to enjoy nature.
