This charming 1920’s bungalow is located in one of Charlotte’s historic neighborhoods. The home offers a spacious living and dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sofa bed. The space is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped with essentials and niceties, and there is a full-size washer and dryer. Large front porch is the perfect place to savor your morning coffee. Designated driveway parking and plentiful free parking on the street.
Blocks away from midtown hub Metropolitan, Trader Joes, and Target. Easy distance to Kings Drive Farmers market. less than a mile walking distance from City Center, Hospitals, local college and public transportation even a farmers markets. Metropolitan is a strip mall with all major chains-Marshalls, Best buy, Trader Joe’s and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. In addition, there are 3 major parks close by to enjoy nature.
