two stars for no shampoo -- especially since I drove down and brought you some immediately? Seems harsh. All the other amenities were there - dish soap, laundry detergent, olive oil, spices, dishwasher soap, etc. To say no amenities and take off three stars is disheartening, Terry. I also brought you more towels when you asked only to find four full sets already there and not used. I don't usually reply like this, but this review is unfair and it caught me at a particularly rough time. I know you enjoyed yourselves so I guess we can focus on that. We always try to make our guests happy and pride ourselves on being very responsive.

Easy check in and check out and the place was very clean and organized. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and into town and just far enough that you don't get all the noise.

Absolutely spotless! Had everything we needed. Beds are very comfy. Large closets in each bedroom. Spacious and open kitchen and living room. Great location!

The unit was clean and close to the beach. A short 10 min walk and our feet were in the sand without the hassle of finding or paying for parking.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, roomy, modern, and well-equipped. We appreciated the individual boxes of supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen. Check-in and out very convenient.

Nice stay

Property exactly as advertised. Nice walk to beach and downtown. Walls a little thin could hear people upstairs at night but property was very nice and clean. Good space.

Great location if you want to head to Portland or Kennebunkport. The pier was close enough that we walked to it one night. It took about 15 minutes. The beds were comfy. The place was very clean. The porch was nice, although if it rains, water comes through the roof easily. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quick response from host when we arrived and hadn’t yet received our entry code.

Beautiful and Accommodating Property

From the first message with the host till check out the whole process was smooth and easy. The property is absolutely gorgeous and cleaned immaculately. It is located to all the amazing places that OOB has to offer. We also love how dog friendly the property is. Already cannot wait to be back.

Perfect Location in OOB

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect so that it wasn't right in the center of all of the congestion of the main beach area but just a short drive to the beach or the center. Also a great location close to grocery stores and if you wanted to take a nice ride up or down the coast. Highly recommend!

Property is clean and modern but not an upscale area. Could use a teapot some coffee mugs and some towel hooks but the property did not disappoint

The apt. was recently renovated and spacious. Our only issue was the bldg next door had a recent fire and it was an eyesore.

OOB RETREAT

Although the weather did not cooperate, we really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated rental. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The new appliances came in handy, especially the washer/dryer combo located right in our rental. If we venture to OOB in the future, we would stay at this rental again. M&M
