Spacious 1 Bedroom condo in the Grand Victorian. Unit sleeps 5.Great quiet location in the building and balcony for viewing the beach. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and bar ware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

The Place to Stay

This is a great condo in the best possible location! We stayed on the quiet side of the building not facing Palace Playland. The ocean view was beautiful from our absolutely huge balcony! The condo was exactly as explained and looked in the pics. It was clean and well kept. The kitchen was beautiful. The kids loved the indoor heated pool. If your headed to Old Orchard, this is the place to stay!

Great location and view

The stay was great , close to everything ! Condo was on the ocean with a beautiful view. No one bothered us. Had no major issues . Only thing was not enough sheets or blankets for the beds and not enough pillow cases for all the pillows. This place also charges you a cleaning fee of $250.00 but then expects you to strip beds and take trash out , wash dishes and empty fridge when you leave . Other then that we had a great time for our long weekend. This place is definitely convenient and price is consistent with every rental around the beach.

Amazing time with family

To say we loved this place would be an understatement. We come to Old Orchard Beach each year and I was able to get us a unit here and I can’t see us staying anyplace else. The location was phenomenal, we were promptly greeted upon arrival from Tom who was incredibly helpful and kind. The unit was clean, felt like home, and had a little room off the main bedroom we put our teenager in which was perfect for her alone time. The balcony overlooked the beach, you can see sunrises from there. We enjoyed having coffee there in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Having a washer dryer in the unit was super helpful on washing beach towels and it felt great coming home with a clean suitcase. The central air was nice on those hot beach days, and we found the unit spacious and very comfortable. The food choices right in the courtyard steps from the door here was amazing, live music, and near the arcade when the kids needed a break from the ocean. The unit had a lovely flow, large kitchen to cook and hang out at the island. Being so close to the beach was a major perk, we will definitely be back. I wish we would have used the sauna but it was so nice at the ocean we didn’t even miss it. Ryan and Nicole are superb property managers-and fixed a HUGE problem for me (my error) ASAP. Loved this place and we will 100% be back!!

2nd Year In A Row

This condo rental is truly home away from home. The little room off the bedroom is perfect for a pack and play for our daughter to sleep at night. Central Air is nice, washer and dryer are convenient, and views of the ocean and sunset are beautiful. It just happens to be close to everything you might want. We'll be booking again next year!

The Best

Fantastic Location

The location of the apartment is very convenient. Parking spot is provided and the condo is truly beach front. The views are actually better than the pictures, and the deck is quite large. Check-in process and parking was very professional. My family and young daughter stayed here with no problem, and the apartment was very spacious. One thing to note for travelers with multiple couples, the pull-out is attached to the main bedroom, in its own room. However the only entrance is through the main room, as an FYI. Regardless, I would recommend, it was a great stay! Try the pizza at Rocco's and an arepa at Tostones on the beach.

Beach vacation

Had a great week at the beach! This condo was very large and clean which made us feel really comfortable staying with our young children! Definitely could use some newer kitchen supplies pots pans etc were not very usable but we didn’t need to cook much.Other then that would definitely stay there again! Might want to bring extra trash bags and such if you will need them only one was supplied so we bought some and we left behind the box we bought!

Very nice condo

We stayed three nights here and were very happy with it. The pictures online are very accurate. Modern condo with everything we needed. There was a very good supply of bathroom towels. Spent a good amount of time on the deck which is very big. It would have been nice to have two more chairs out there as there were four in our group. But, sitting out there listening to the ocean was wonderful. It would have been really nice to have some beach chairs available to be able to sit on the beach. The neighborhood was ok. There are a few places to dine in or take out food. Nothing special but were fine for us. The pier is right next to the condo. It was pretty sad. Very run down and a tourist trap. We went there in the early evening and there were already multiple security guards. I guess that's good but I would imagine it gets a little rough at night. The noise level was never a problem from traffic or restaurants. The train does go through nearby multiple times per day and night but it didn't wake us up. All in all, we were happy to be in a good condo instead of a small hotel room.

Plenty of space

Enjoyed the enormous space- cleanliness was great. Location and parking was convenient. We would recommend more pots pans and baking dishes. I cook a lot with the kids- but other than that we loved our stay!

Perfect getaway with a baby

My husband and I stayed for Labor Day weekend with our 1 year old. The place is clean, has plenty of space, and an amazing view of the water from a big balcony. With the dishwasher, a fully set up kitchen, and in unit laundry, it’s the perfect place to stay with kids. Masks are required in common areas, but you can pretty much stick to the beach and your room to feel comfortable during COVID. Definitely recommend.

Great location but a few updates would be nice

The location is absolutely amazing. The room was neat and clean(the minus one star was for the building itself which the owner has no control over). A few small details would improve the experience greatly. For the price, I would except things like rods on the blinds to more easily open them. There were also several nails sticking up from the decking that my son cut his foot on. The building maintenance were fairly quick in fixing that though. It would also be nice to have more comfortable deck chairs. The Adirondack chairs did have cushions but they were moldy. If you are light sensitive, be aware that the blinds do not provide much in terms of keeping the sun out in the morning. My young children were up quite early each morning because of this. I would stay here again because of the location and the owner was very nice. Overall it was a good experience but those update would make it even better!

Great Condo!

My husband was running a triathlon in OOB, and we needed a larger space for his equipment and our two kids. OOB doesn’t have hotels like Marriotts and other bigger name properties, so finding something to accommodate us was difficult to find. This property was bigger than expected! The pictures don’t even show how spacious it is. Plus, it was spotless! Cleanliness is paramount for me when booking properties and this one did not disappoint. Ryan the Manager was super nice and easy to work with. If you need a clean, big and perfect place you should book this property!

Comfy and Convenient

We had an awesome stay at the Grand Victorian. Its so fun being just steps away from not only the beach but good food, shopping and lots of entertainment. The room was just as pictured - well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The Grand Victorian will definitely be top choice for our next visit!
