Referred to as "The Perfect House" on HGTV in October 2022, our home is just dripping with Southern charm with cool, golden colors. This large home sleeps 8 and lies with easy access to Savannah-Hilton Head Intl. Airport, I-95, and a huge outlet shopping in Pooler (“Where it’s Cooler”). There's even a cute coffee shop a 1 minute walk away.

Roast marshmallows in the back, sip drinks on the master bedroom balcony, or relax & swing on the front porch. Bring the fam & stay as long as you'd like.

The house is in moderate shape with some very odd design choices from the last renovation. For instance, the lighting in the master bedroom is not hard wired at all and has wires running over the walls to wall fixtures. For such a small house it has a lot of light switches which makes finding the right one difficult. The kitchen is poorly equipped with few utensils and the appliances are very cheap. Lastly the house has two full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. The detail page made it sound like it had three full bathrooms.

Great house

This place was great. Convenient to everything that we had planned for our trip. Caleb was Available to answer any questions that we had. Would love to rent this place again.

We had a great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Caleb is a superb host! There was a cute coffee bar, a bottle of wine and glasses, a S’mores kit for the fire pit and a box of Honeycomb cereal too! There were plenty of linens, shampoos, conditioners etc. Caleb is extremely responsive and kind! All and all we had a great time!!

Deceptive

Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the condition of this property. The condition of this property was not what was depicted in the photos. The pictures on the internet were very deceptive and misleading. Upon arriving at the property we expected to see a bright white well kept home. Instead, at first sight the outside siding was dirty with mold. On the bottom porch level we were faced with big blotches of what looked like mold all over the ceiling and ceiling fan, and the bottom porch lighting did not work at all. Inside the home, thorough cleaning was not done on some of the floors. I am listing some of the issues with this place. Island counter top was very badly worn looked unsanitary, needed to be replaced, inside rug at the front entrance was dirty, carpet on the stairs was dirty, needed to be cleaned or replaced, whole in one of the bathroom walls, rusty shower rod, bench at dining table not sturdy, broken blind in the kitchen, dead red rose in the kitchen in a vase, top bunkbed was not useful, bed was falling through, not set up properly, at several of the windows there were no wands to operate the blinds. Master bedroom large bleach stain on comforter, shades/ blinds at the window in the door were in operable had to put a chair in front of the door to shield the window. Although I had no small children with me, we noticed a baby playpen in the closet stained and unclean all around the top of the railing, insufficient and unsuitable for a baby.
