The property was beautiful and clean. Absolutely amazing time with the family. We had an issue with the keypad getting in but the host was quick to reply and get us in. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Check-in was easy, and our family truly enjoyed our time here.The beach chairs and bikes were a fantastic bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a suggestion for an even better guest experience, you might consider including a golf cart with the rental since Ocean Lakes is such a large property. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this home to others!

The house was great for our family! We had some issues with the elevator and internet but owner was prompt in response to get issues resolved. A few suggestions… more bathroom and kitchen towels, more towel hooks in bathrooms and included golf cart. We would definitely rent this house again!

Terriffic!!!

We had our entire family here for a week! There was something for all of our kids and grandkids....beach, Waterpark, basketball, playground. Great vacation!!!

The house was great!! The upstairs living room was a big hit with our grandchildren! Very good place to stay! The beds were very comfortable especially the downstairs master! Having 3 and 1/2 baths was fantastic also!! Plenty of room for parking!

Great house

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms! Two living rooms were great for adults and teenagers. Property owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Had a good time

The property manager was very prompt to deal with an issue that came up. The house was one of the nicer beach houses that we have stayed in, and the furniture was all up to date and in good condition.

Great trip

The property was in a great location and lots of room for our family of 8. The house was clean and the decks spaces were big, well furnished and the underneath seating area was a plus. The owner Nathan responded fast with any questions we had, check in was easy and a really nice surprise that Nathan called us to let us know that the house was cleaned and ready to check in early, that was very nice and unexpected

Beautiful house, perfect for large groups or families with a second living room upstairs complete with a mini fridge, sink and ice maker, lots of room to spread out inside and out. The host is amazing and very quick to respond to any communication. A storm knocked out the wifi and he reached out before we even knew it happened. 10 stars !

The cleanest house in Ocean Lakes

We had a wonderful stay at this property with friends and family. It was, without a doubt, the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in—everything was spotless and clearly well cared for. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicated promptly, which made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full dinners each night for four nights, which was perfect for our group. We also loved the porches and the downstairs sitting area—great spots to relax and enjoy time together. Another big plus was the ample parking, with plenty of space for our vehicles and golf carts.We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped stay!

My family has been spending a week at the beach every summer for over 30 years. This was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our family of 11. Linen was provided and the kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare meals. The deck was spacious with adequate seating and eating space, with a nice gas grill. Extra propane was provided for the grill. Nathan, the owner, made sure we had detailed directions to the home and checked on us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely kind and went the extra mile to ensure our vacation was a great experience. Anytime I texted him I got an immediate response. It was nice to stay in such a beautiful home with a host who made my family feel so welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend this home and host. My family would definitely book with Nathan again.

Worst Host Ever!!!

Made through some issues during the stay, but nightmare experience after check-out. In order to rent, the host made me sign an additional contract outside of the app asking for first and last names of all of my party and their relationship to me. The host also did not advertise the required additional $15 per car per night. Once I arrived, the host did not give our names to security and was not answering my texts or calls. The front desk was open, so i got through, but when we got to the house, i finally heard back and he questioned how we were able to get in as if we weren't supposed to be there. The host gave me the code to the door. No toilet paper or paper towels. The kitchen and dishes were not properly cleaned. Despite being charged extra for linens, cleaning, and parking, we checked out and followed the contract to the T. The host then filed a $1,700 claim against the travel insurance, which was denied. Then the host sent me a picutre and a quote for $1,002 for replacement sofa for smoking damage. The quote was dated while we were still in the house. No one in my party smokes, period. The host had two properties and the guests in the second property were smoking cigars. The sofa in question was never located in the house I rented. I showed VRBO a video recording of walking through the house that proves the sofa wasnt there. VRBO agreed we are not responsible for those damages. I will never recommend this host to anyone. Im sorry I even waisted my money with them.

Hey Tanisha, Just a few facts; Our agreement and listing outlines the parking fee and the fact that there is no smoking. VRBO insurance did find that you damaged the sofa chair and reimbursed us $1500. You acknowledged both when booking, we incurred damage to our home due to you smoking in our home which required specialized cleaning with ozone and purification for the other guests to restore the home to its condition. If you weren't registered by us with ocean lakes you would have never gotten in so that is not true. Once you went into the office you were allowed right in because you didn't pre-pay your parking. It is disappointing you decided to write a retaliatory review because we filed a claim to restore our couch to it's prior condition. You can see from our other reviews that your description of us and our property are just not true with how we deal with people or how we keep our homes.

The house is wonderful, well laid out and well equipped. The host is very nice and responds quickly if you need to reach out to him. This was our second stay here and I'm sure not our last. Highly recommend!
