The Green Oasis Near Providence, Mid City

This newly renovated modern French home is loaded with exquisite design: soaring ceilings, new appliances and more. Completely furnished with office areas, wireless/wired internet, Roku TVs, spacious kitchen w/ bar, stainless appliances, and laundry room w/ washer/dryer. Private backyard in park-like setting w/ covered patio and large deck overlooking a tranquility pond w/ waterfall.

The 4 bed/2 bath main level sleeps 9 guests and has spacious dining for 17 guests!

* The new private studio loft hosts another 5 beds and European bath, sleeping 9 guests. Unless requested, this is included for reservations of 7 or more adults.

Utilities, internet, lawn care, and pond maintenance included. The fish are the owner's pets; no others allowed. Exceptions provided at our discretion.
We have a ring doorbell next to the exterior doors on 24/7.

Great location with lots of room.

Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Providence town center. Spacious, well appointed, great backyard for relaxing in.

Son's Wedding

Enjoyed our stay so much. Property was perfect for 8 adult members and one four year old. Neighborhood was quiet and beatiful. Home had plenty of room for comfort and privacy. Owner is very friendly and accommadated all our needs.

Great place to stay while visiting family

There was more than enough room for 7 members of our family to stay here. The neighborhood is nice. Loved the back yard. I ended up spending more time back there socializing and relaxing with my kids and my sister than I thought I would.

Enjoyable stay in Huntsville

I could not of asked for better communication and help with this stay! Beautiful, clean home in quiet neighborhood! Only recommendation I have for house size this large which we needed with 15 family members was for there to be more kitchen accessories, such as larger and more pots/ pans, kitchen gadgets and bowls for meal prep. However, I can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay! Thank you!

Sister Trip

My two sisters and I met in Huntsville to spend a few days together. The house was clean and comfortable, but a few suggestions to improve it would be more putting out more bath and kitchen towels based on length of guests' stay, and adding more kitchen basics (a pitcher and a grater!). The walkway through the yard to the back deck could use some improvement...adding mulch or more stepping stones to avoid wet ground/mud after rain. Shaun came by each day to tend to the koi pond right off the back deck, and was mowing the lawn another afternoon. So, if you want complete privacy, this may not be the best place to stay. Shaun was pleasant and quick to respond to needs. The location was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood.

Just an okay stay

The house had both good and bad things about it. We travelled with a party of 9 - 7 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room to sleep. The add on loft has a moisture issue resulting in an unpleasant smell but we needed that space so we just dealt with it. There was not enough eating spaces for our group even though the description stated there was outdoor dining for 14. Two of the chairs were missing from a table of 4 and the other two had broken webbing on the seats. We tried to use the small table for the kids to eat on but it was broken. The biggest issue for us was our check in process. My contract stated 4pm check in. We arrived from Arkansas at 3:50 with an 89 year old who desperately needed to get out of the car. We were sent an access code at this time we attempted to enter. There was a cleaning woman who tried to prevent us from coming in at 4pm saying the house was not available until 5pm. I texted the owner about it who responded that we were not to enter the home until 5pm and not to block the cleaning lady in the driveway. When i responded about our contract stating 4pm (several hours later) he responded that it was a "miscommunication" that we signed our contract when his policy was still 4pm check in. No apology for his abruptness... no apology that the house was not ready per our contract or for the uncomfortness between our family and the cleaning lady. Not a great way to begin a stay. He was quickly responsive when when a fuse blew.

Very comfortable house

Enjoy cycling, hiking and just about any outdoor activities. Have called Huntsville home since the 70s and also really enjoy exploring the surrounding areas.

Location, location, location! Only minutes to Mid City, Bridge St, U.S. Space & Rocket Center, downtown, VBCC, museums, and four hospitals. Walking distance to the Village of Providence and Indian Creek Greenway where there's plenty of good restaurants, and more wildlife- in fact the next week after we found this home, we spotted a deer on the greenway!
