Mystery Blu Villa was refreshed throughout and updated with crisp paint in fall 2022! Bright and cheery ambiance carries through the villa and grounds, on a protected lagoon that is free from gulfweed.

When it comes to the perfect retreat and endless relaxation, nothing beats a waterfront getaway. This inviting villa provides guests with unparalleled and unobstructed lagoon views from a spacious and private balcony. The balcony has been furnished with outdoor furniture, creating a great spot to lounge and admire the views while sipping on a cup of coffee or a refreshing beverage. Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the island and stunning tropical sunsets! Bring a fishing pole and try your luck casting for dinner right from the patio or enjoy "game night" with the provided board games.

Inside, the living room with its colorful decor enjoys direct water views and a TV with cable. The villa's kitchen is appointed with all major appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, and oven. There is also a convenient blender and drip coffee maker. The floor plan is ideal for all guests, with the primary suite split from the other bedrooms. The primary suite features a desk should you choose to work or study remotely and an en suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower with a bench and an oversized shower head. This room also offers direct access to the balcony if you desire a private escape. A brand-new washer/dryer ensures everyone's beach clothes will stay refreshed.

Although this property is in a complex where a shared pool is available, villas are their own properties and therefore do not have access to the community pool (no pool tags given).
This home will feature an expansive over-water patio by November 2023.
