Two kayaks, beach equipment, and fishing gear available for use. Conveniently located in Naples, just off US-41 and Collier Blvd. Less than 5 minutes to everyday conveniences like Walmart, Publix, The Fresh Market, shopping and numerous dining options. Less than 5 miles to 6 different golf courses. Just outside of Marco Island with amazing dinning and beautiful sugar-sand beaches. 10 miles to Downtown Naples, featuring shopping and dining on Fifth Avenue, Tin City, Naples Pier and Cambier Park. Nearby outdoor recreation like Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center, Collier-Seminole State Park, Eagles Lakes Community Park, Sugden Regional Park, East Naples Park (home of the pickelball world tournament).

We built this property so our family could vacation close to beaches and the beautiful city of Naples. Just a short trip to get to the prestigious 5th Avenue South in downtown Naples, the small coastal town of Marco island, the Everglades National Park, and area known as 10,000 islands (excellent for kayaking).
