Mark, Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you and your family enjoyed your recent stay! We'll make mention of the request for a Roku with the homeowner. As far as the kitchen goes, we always provide dish towels, dishcloths, liquid dish soap, and dishwasher tabs with each stay as well as two kitchen trash bags. Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. We hate that you saw some bugs during your stay, this is very out of the ordinary for our properties. Nevertheless, we apologize again for this inconvenience. - The guest who departed the morning of this arrival noted bugs in the kitchen. We had pest control scheduled to come out the following day and notified you as the inbound guest so that we could address the issue with the least impact on your reservation possible. - We arranged for pest control, met them there, and sanitized the kitchen all while you were able to carry on with your vacation as planned. - The night before the departure, you texted requesting a "full refund or else" despite having used the condo the entire stay. We respectfully declined prompting this unfair review. * To those reading this review. Please refer to the many other 5-star reviews that are a far better indication of the quality of this property and our service. These bugs did show up and it was a damper on this guest's stay but we moved swiftly to rectify the issue.
