Featuring impressive 11’1” ceilings in both the entry and great room, the primary bedroom suite and bath is a large private space with a ceiling fan and television. The walk-in shower will transport you to an exotic place with its bold geometric-shaped tile. The secondary bathroom includes a shower combo with sitting area. The two other bedrooms are spacious, with one offering a comfy two-twin bed set up. See if you can find the speakeasy room/bar for a night of intimate conversation with a spirit of your choice.

*We ask for a 24 hour notice on pool heat requests, as we heat the pool the evening before your arrival to ensure the desired temperature is reached upon your arrival.

*Pets are not allowed in the pool as pet hair clogs the filters.
*Hot Tub will be Heated at $35 fee per day. Please provide us with a courtesy notice before using takes 45 min to heat up.
*Pool will be heated for a $100 fee per day with 24 hours in advance notice.

Bathrooms: The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and other bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. Floor Mattress and Roller Bed available upon request, prior to check-in.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:
1. Dirty laundry or sheets must be left on the laundry room floor, near the entrance door to the garage.
2. Take out kitchen trash to the trash cans located on the side of the house.
3. Message host upon checking out.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

The pool can get dirty we have a few items next to home for cleaning need by if you find debris from desert weather.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

PETS:
We are pet-friendly! Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet’s stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.

NOISE:
Riverside County quiet hours are between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park on the driveway or directly in front of the property.

TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. TRASH bins located on side of home.
