Come Relax at this beachy , cozy , CLEAN and happy home.
Close to all amenities! Perfect location. The popular CocoaPlumPlaza is only 5 min away. Great place to do some shopping , restaurants!
You have the Famous Mineral Springs just 10 min away!!!
Peaceful quiet neighborhood.
The house is situated on a large lot with lots of space for kids to run around.
This house has everything you need from kitchen appliances, beach necessities , tv and entertainment... Welcome to My Happy Place!
The space
This New house has cozy , clean rooms. There are 4 beds plus a pull out couch for 7 people. Your stay here will be relaxing and unforgettable. Short drive to Englewood beach, Venice beach. Cocoa Plum Plaza is just 5 min, there are restaurants, shopping stores and more. Walmart is also 5 min away. We have wifi and tv for entertainment. Air hockey. Board games for kids and books.
Kitchen has pots and pans and coffee, tea kettle. Nice laundry room.
You will enjoy the patio outside where the birds are chirping and singing away :)

Loved this property!

The property was very fresh and inviting. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for. All the beds were made up and there was plenty of nice towels for our use. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean , quiet and comfortable house. Check in was very easy. House has everything you need. Loved laundry and dryer! Owner set up AC in a house so perfect---thank you ! with 103 degrees outside we felt so cozy and comfy in a nice cool and fresh home.

Clean and quiet

Home was clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Home was exactly as described and communicating with renter was easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I am in the area.

Happy Place very enjoyable property

My Happy Place was just that, a "almost" new property that had everything advertised. Location provided coinvent access to stores and Hwy 75. Owner very responsive to all questions asked, essential supplies in place. Great stay and if in area would use again.

Spring Training Vacation

The house was in excellent shape and the location was convenient for Braves Spring Training games. We especially enjoyed the screened porch. We even made friends with a local turtle. 😀

Newer property conveniently located

My Happy Place is a newer home decorated in a lovely beach-themed decor. It worked well for us while we were waiting to move into our new house. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas and access to the garage. Owner was very responsive.

Surprise 80 th birthday trip

We all seemed to like the house except feel it would be nicer if you had a real bed in the room where the futon was. It also said it was like 2 miles from where we were visiting and in reality it was like 5 or 6 miles away. The lawn was never mowed but figured it was due to the rain. But it worked and we had a good visit less the rain

Wonderful home!

The only negative is that there was not any type of instruction information to the TV we were unable to watch the tournament. No password for internet was not provided.

The house was really nice but we did find the dishwasher was leaking and we never used it I hand washed all of the dirty dishes. Also we had prepped our food to put on the grill and the gas ran out! Not good when you have food to grill and some food got trashed! Also the stain in the carpet in one of the bedrooms was nasty! And it would have been nice if they would have left a full roll of paper towels. I know some of this stuff may seem petty but when you arrive at a house you think you have enough stuff for just a few days! Thank you Angie
