The Inn on Terrace is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom centrally located in Bates Hendricks Indianapolis. This new construction home is a 5 minute drive from Lucas Oil, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Eli Lilly, and walking distance to Fountain Square, a historic area known for eclectic restaurants, bars, and entertainment. This high end home is the perfect space to visit for a long weekend, hang your bag up for a work trip, or stay for a month while working remotely for a change of scenery.

This home has a 2 car garage, and is baby/toddler friendly. Pack and play, high chair, baby/toddler plates, cups, and silverware provided.

Incredible stay at a modern home!

We had a fantastic time at Kim's home! Check-in was so simple and Kim was extremely communicative in making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous; a very clean, modern design with beautiful appliances, finishes, and decor. Everything was just as stated in the description. There were ample towels, sheets, paper products, kitchen utensils, and more. We loved the location close to downtown and having the 2-car garage was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children. We will definitely be staying at Kim's property again when we visit Indy!

Great Location!

My wife & I (along with our 2 dogs) loved our stay here! Great location with many restaurants, cafes & bars nearby. Perfect spot for couples and families!

Great Spot

Overall a great experience renting this property. Has everything any one needs for a vacation spot in Indianapolis. Close to the downtown area if it wasn't so cold out we would have walked! All of the beds are comfortable and the garage is a HUGE bonus. The host is very responsive if you need anything at all from start to finish. Thanks for making this a smooth vacation for us!

High quality for the price

Was very happy with our stay for the night while passing through Indy. The home is in a transitional neighborhood but felt safe. Having a garage was a big benefit as we didn’t have to unload everything. The only downside was the lack of hand soap in some of the bathrooms and kitchen, but since there was only two of us, we just took soap from one of the other unused baths. We would definitely stay here again!
