Whether out on the lanai, lounging in the living area, dining or creating a culinary delight, the breathtaking views will captivate and enhance the beauty of Poipu Kapili 30. Revel in the enthralling and majestic Pacific ocean, marvel in the kaleidoscope of colors painting the sky at sunset or drown under the thousands of stars glittering the night sky.

The beautifully designed Poipu Kapili resort pool and lounge area offers the most magnificent views of the Pacific ocean. Private tennis and pickleball courts available onsite for owners and guests of Poipu Kapili. Multiple community gas BBQ grills are available for grilling

Kauai grass-fed beef, fresh fish or local farmers' market veggies. Kiahuna Beach and Koloa Landing are popular swim and snorkel areas within 8-10 minutes walk of Poipu Kapili 30. Scenic walks, hikes, shopping, restaurants, tours, golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving and so much more are within a 1/2 mile to 3 mile radius of Poipu Kapili 30.

Perfect Stay

The property was perfect, within walking distance of Kiahuna Beach and Poipu Beach, but tucked away in a quiet location with incredible ocean views. Communication with the owners and the check in process was easy. Will definitely look forward to staying here again next time we're in Kaua'i!

Wonderful stay

The unit was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect - close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Quiet too. We were able to whale watch from the lanai too. Definitely recommend this unit.

Great location in Poipu- no better place to stay

Poipu Kapili is the best place to stay and relax!!! #30 is in addition to that one of the perfect condo to stay- very clean- all necessary equipment available - modern style furniture- Our 11th stay in Kapili- we will try to come back

Fantastic place to stay in southern Kauai. The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is very convenient to swimming, snorkeling,dining out and the area shops. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Kauai Paradise

We loved condo 30- it was beautifully furnished Hawaiian style. It was immaculate and ready for us when we arrived-complete with Island music. The location couldn't have been better. We have stayed at several places in Kauai and this was by far the best! Thank you for a perfect stay.

Beautiful Condo with an Gorgeous View

This condo was everything we wanted for our trip to Kauai. The view was amazing and the condo furnishings and appliances were fresh and new. The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and walkable to nearby shopping centers. There are towels, chairs, coolers and an umbrella to take to the beach--which was perfect! Communication with the owners was top notch. They were very responsive to every question we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location

We were thrilled when we arrived to find the view even more amazing than the photos had depicted. Having breakfast on the lanai every morning was a beautiful experience. We could watch and listen to the waves.Sunsets from there were also wonderful.The walk to Kiahuna Beach was a short 7 minutes. It's a lovely non busy beach. The condo was clean and comfortable with new furnishings. The AC in the bedroom was helpful.

What a find! This is a beautiful, large, new, clean, condo with an award winning view. Not only is the view spectacular but you can hear the crashing waves too. I loved the walking paths for exercise with a view and that they also lead to many restaurants. It also has a well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. I can’t wait to book my next visit. Gorgeous condo with a breathtaking view

We stayed here for 7 nights and absolutely loved it! We actually had reservations in Princeville but my daughter found this condo for us and we are so glad we were able to book it. The view is breathtaking. Everything was pretty much brand new in the unit. All the amenities you need are provided…dishes, glasses, utensils to beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and much more. The unit has air conditioning in the bedroom but we didn’t use it once since we had a breeze coming through the patio door in the room. Fans were provided in the living room. Restaurants and Poipu beach are walking distance…a walking path view a gorgeous view. The owner was quick to reply to all my questions. We will most definitely book our next stay here again when we come back to Kauai! Thank you Paul for making our stay PERFECT!
