With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and generous indoor-outdoor living spaces, it’s perfect for large families, multiple couples, or groups of friends who want room to spread out. Even smaller groups will love the extra space to relax in style.

Enjoy a private hot tub, your own swim area, and provided kayaks, all just steps from the lake. Whether you’re soaking up sunshine on the patio, enjoying a peaceful paddle, or gathering in the spacious living room for a movie night, you’ll have plenty of room to make lasting memories.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the home’s classic brick exterior, inviting front courtyard, and lantern-lit entryway. Inside, hardwood floors flow through an open floor plan designed for comfort and connection. The cozy living room features an oversized sectional and wing-back chairs, the fully stocked kitchen boasts sleek quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the sunny breakfast nook offers beautiful lake views for your morning coffee.

Step outside to your private lakeside oasis — complete with a large backyard, private dock, patio seating, and hot tub. In summer, swim or kayak right from the property. In fall and winter, enjoy the unique beauty of the sandy lakebed revealed as water levels drop.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The house matches the photos exactly, so no surprises with anything. The house is gorgeous! The lake was in the process of draining so it was lower, but we could still use it. We’ll probably be back again in the middle of summer to enjoy this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Loveland on the lake. Would be fun in the summer when we could get on the lake. Beds were comfortable and house was clean!

Great place!

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family! Loved the quiet neighborhood and the view. The lake was low, but still gorgeous to look at. The home was gorgeous - nicely updated and with all of the cooking tools we could need or want. The communication was excellent and check out was simple. Thank you! We’ll be back for sure!

Our family had a great time… The house is very nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals… The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds… Would definitely recommend the Logan lake house to friends…

Beautiful Home

Very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Nice sitting/eating areas inside snd outside. Closet space was very limited for guests clothing. Only 6 hangers in the entire house. But gorgeous view of the lake and we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful lake view

We travelled to the area to visit family and this house was perfect for 5 of us! The check in process was so easy and the view of the lake was amazing! We would certainly stay here again. Thank you so much for making our trip even more wonderful.

The Logan Loveland lake house was the perfect place to stay in Colorado when visiting with family for the holidays. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with many grocery stores and restaurants with in a 5 minute drive. The house is spacious with a wonderful view of the lake.

BEAUTIFUL Lake House

This house was perfect, I would stay here again for sure. This was a bridal party, the dining room was perfectly lit for us girls to put on our makeup, just an incredibly comfortable house. We had a couple minor issues that management responded to immediately.

Colorado get away

Wonderful vacation home! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I forgot something at the house and the management company was able to find it right away and made arrangements to get it back to me. We would definitely stay at this house again and use this management company again.

Fun at the Lake!

This lake house is amazing! It had everything we needed, didnt leave the house for 3 days. Kids loved it! A little trouble at check in with the lock but help was immediately on hand. We hope to be back!
