It was very nice and comfortable. Just know whenever i go back to Houston that will be my go to spot. Wasn’t any issues and it was clean.

The property was great only two small things parking was small and one of the restrooms was having problems with the shower

Limited parking, place was not really clean. Charged my card an extra $47 despite met evidence of the original quote. I requested the $47.40 be refunded after providing a screenshot of the original rallies quote at the time of booking. Despite this whoever was messaging me just replied that it was a credit card processing fee. Be careful of renting from these people they are unethical.

Work

Me and 2 other’s were staying in Houston to do hurricane claims for the insurance companies for 2 weeks. The house was very nice and put together well, but the floor was dirty when we arrived. If you walked around barefoot your feet were pitch black with dirt. One room was missing a remote to turn the ceiling fan on and when I told the manager he was supposed to bring one but never did. I was unaware that the house was on the second floor when I booked it and had to move a lot of equipment up two floors. Besides that the location is nice and I would stay there again if I was to work in Houston but probably one of the other 2 rentals they have there on the first floor.

I sincerely apologize for the oversight with the floor and the ceiling fan remote. I also understand the challenge of moving equipment to a second-floor unit.
