Pictures show you what you get, it was easy to find and had all the amenities you would need. Walking distance to all the shops and stores like advertised. We were in town for my nieces graduation and we only had a 4 minute walk to my brothers’ house.

This is our second time staying in Cole's condo. Super clean and has been a great place to stay in LeClaire. Cole is very responsive to messages and we would definitely stay there again when we visit LeClaire!!

Cleanliness was superb. Check in process was a breeze. Host messaged a few times via the app to check in which was wonderful. Very responsive. Home is in walking distance to the "strip" which has so many cute shops and restaurants. We ate at La Herradura Mexican Grill. We recommend the fajitas steak, carnitas tacos, rice, and cheese dip. Quick distance for us traveling Volleyball/sports families to TBK-an easy 10 minute drive.

Great place to stay

Everything we needed was here! It was comfortable, very clean and had many amenities. We spent 5 fun days in LeClaire and the Quad Cities. We used to live in the area so it was fun to visit friends and some of our favorite places and know we had a quiet, comfortable space to return to each evening.

Clean, quiet and relaxing.

Checked in and everything was as described. Very clean and quiet neighborhood right up the hill from downtown Le Claire. Close to great food and drink. Owner was very responsive and was able to extend when my work trip was extended. Hope to stay again!

Very Nice

Clean, spacious, well supplied, as described. This home seems to be older but has been updated nicely. Close to the small town shops and attractions. Would definitely come back and stay in this place again.

Great location for everything

Very well decorated. Well equipped kitchen with everything you would need for cooking baking etc. beautiful dishes. Comfy couch and chair recliner. Close to town. Walking distance to stores restaurants and winery too. Would stay here again.

Weekend in LeClair

We stayed at this property to attend a family celebration. The entire experience was positive from the moment we entered the property. Everything was clean, well appointed and anything we could possibly have needed was in place. I would definitely book this property on future visits and highly recommend to any group in need of space to enjoy the LeClair area.

Iowa trip

This property was everything and more that was listed on verbo. 2 blocks on the main street in Le Clare.If you don't mind walking the downtown area is about 1/2 mile walk.Weather was great we walked downtown twice.

Clean property-linens and towels could be of better quality. Would be nice if tv at least had a local tv antenna as during severe weather we were left only to phone notifications

The condo was clean and close to everything in LeClaire with the steps and slippery bathtub and no grab bars wouldn’t recommend it to elderly.

Great Location

Stay was great. Nice quiet area, yet close to some great restaurants and coffee shop. Was happy to have lights pop on when we arrive to walk up stairs in the dark. Felt like home. Only negative for us was the bed was too firm for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer are also in the basement, so anyone who has a problem climbing stairs may want to rethink this property. Price for the stay was right on par for what we got. Internet was good, lots of good movies to chose from. Very pleased all around.

This place is spotless clean and that’s the two stars. The living room tv doesn’t work, well it works but only for dvds. Who watches dvd anymore????? If you’re staying here and plan on watching tv bring a Roku or Apple TV and cords. It’s absolutely ridiculous that the tv only works for dvd and then that doesn’t work good either. The stairs to come in from where you park are steep and the railing is busted. The tub is high and you really have to pay attention to get in, lift your foot high. Now the master bed was the worst. Creaks, hard to roll over or get up without making a lot of noise. Oh then there’s the creepy basement, pocket door that lock doesn’t work. Multiple ways in for other people. I felt very uncomfortable here. I would never stay here again. Of course this is my opinion. First night I slept on the couch second night I slept in the spare room with the kitchen light on just to make sure no one came in from the basement.

Doug, I'm not even sure if it's worth responding because this review is so ridiculous. The tv does work I went over the next day and was able to pull up all the apps. We have dvds just for use if you'd like but not the only option! We also provide a bedroom tv. I'm sorry the bed makes noise it has a wood frame so it will creek getting out. First time we've had any complaint. The tub may be high I'm not sure as I've had no issue with it. It's a brand new tub so it's all up to standard. Now in regards to the "creepy" basement. Yes we have two entrances you can see it from the pictures we provide. All are dead bolted shut just like any house or place you'll stay. Feeling unsafe in leclaire Iowa were crime rate is basically zero with multiple locks in a friendly neighborhood I'm not sure much more we could do for you. I'd highly recommend reaching out to your host next time as I had no idea of any complaint until this review.
