Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. As your host we would like to share that most of the pictures in the house we have taken personally. Being a pilot has given us some wonderful memories and we want to share those with you!

This is a cute little place, plenty of room for family. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and had our son and his family over for a bit. It was very comfortable for a small gathering. The bed in the in suite was very comfortable. I would recommend.

I stayed for 4 nights in October with family and we had a perfect stay. The house is cozy and beautiful decorated and clean and well maintained. The host is very thoughtful about what guests might need and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying at The Landing Zone.

Everything was great! We loved the waffle and coffee stations. The beds were great! We love the God centered pictures and the pilot theme.

The property was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. Please note, there is no television in this property.The communication with the owner was excellent We will stay here again if we ever return to the Quad Cities.

Nice weekend getaway

Pete's house was a great place to stay while visiting friends in the Quad Cities. We appreciated having the grill and a fully equipped kitchen. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the neighborhood very quiet. Pete was responsive to questions. We'll definitely plan to stay here again next time we're visiting the area.

Cozy and comforting home away from home

This rental is as cozy and cute as the photos show. It is very, very clean and the beds were comfortable (ultra soft sheets). The owners have included several thoughtful details to make it feel very homey —like a waffle maker and coffee station and several waters ready in the fridge—fluffy towels and several family games. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Conveniently located, comfortable stay

We stayed for 3 nights for my graduation. The house was very homey and had everything we needed and more! We loved that it was all one level and the deck with a grill was wonderful. They even have a keurig with coffee, a waffle maker with mix, and all the kitchen items you could want! The host responded in a timely fashion and was very friendly! We would highly recommend staying at The Landing Zone!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is clean and well decorated. The house does not have a tv so we spent time talking on the porch . There is plenty to do close to the house as well. We loved being able to use the garage too! If we are in the area again we will stay here. I highly recommend this beautiful property in a calm and safe area.

Couldn’t’ have been better!

Little did I know that we would fall in love with this little house that was our home for my son’s wedding weekend! The hosts created the perfect oasis for our important weekend with an immaculately clean home with special touches everywhere. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and inviting. Linens are wonderful, kitchen perfectly equipped and little details like the coffee bar, waffle station and restroom amenities were above and beyond what we expected!

Wonderful Property

I would have to give this property an A+. It was truly as advertised. Great for families with all of the things needed for kids. The fenced in yard was a plus too. Communications with the owners was easy and timely. Definitely would consider this property next time we are in the Quad Cities.

Great space

Beautiful interior. Very thoughtful storage. Kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of good things: easy-to-use app for using garage, water temp, bathroom fan, ample lighting, charging cords, kitchen bar, thermostat worked, vent locations, available board games, comfy beds, soft sheets, fast wifi, etc. One possible negative: no tv in the house.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay, even got to play in the snow a little before it melted .From the time we walked in, it felt like we were home. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. We will definitely come back and have recommended this home to our friends and family. Proverbs 24:3-4 “By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches.”
