This beautiful 1 bed/1 bath loft is located in the heart of the downtown Arts and Entertainment district. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, trails and the mighty Mississippi. Directly below your unit is the legendary Raccoon Motel bar and live music venue!

Ideal for music lovers, foodies, and those looking for a home during their downtown stay.

This unit can accommodate up to four guests using the pull-out couch.

This is a second-floor unit with no elevator.
House Rules & Tips:
Be respectful of the other RM guests. Please no unapproved parties, and be considerate of noise.

No smoking in the units. Please utilize the cigarette receptacle outside of the entrance.

Kindly note, as much as we love the devil’s lettuce- it is illegal in the state of Iowa, hop on over to Illinois for your toke if you must.

No Pets. We know, we love them too- but it just isn’t the spot for them.

Report and breakages or damages as soon as possible. Accidents happen!

Check-Out Procedures:

11 am is check-out time unless otherwise coordinated.

We know things can be hectic getting out of town, but if you have time it is always helpful if you can:

Strip bed of sheets and pillowcases

Gather trash into trash bags

Load and run the dishwasher (detergent packs located under sink)

Let us know when you are on the road! This helps us know when we can send our cleaning crew over :)
