Spectacular 7th floor condo on the beach, south east Corner unit
You will be mesmerized by the unbelievable 7 th floor south east facing rap around view. 2 bed 2 bath completely updated unit. Most of the time you will just stare out at the ocean, the sailboats, the dolphins the surfers while enjoying your coffee .This is a sun drenched unit .Great fishing off the beach just grab your chair and cast .lots going on. Happy hour on Fridays, golf groups, tennis, pickle ball ,fitness groups,canasta, bocce ball tournaments. Bunco .This is the preferred south east exposure,75 feet up.The unit is flooded with sunlight(unlike the darker interior units)Every window has a view of water, Doesn’t get any better then this.All smart tv s. super fast internet(500)fully equipped new kitchen 2 brand new designers bathrooms ,king in master, queen in 2nd . Premium polywood outdoor sofa , captains chairs and bistro table and chairs.unit rarely becomes available. Don’t forget to watch included video

この宿泊施設の特徴
You won’t want to leave ,so many activity's ,very nice group of owners and renters .This isn’t some low floor dark interior unit. This is a sort after 7th floor south east end unit.
