Your private lakefront cottage awaits with this beautiful retreat on Lake Nowland in Charlevoix. The recently updated one bedroom cottage features a beautiful living area with comfortable sofa sleeper, private queen bedroom, and open layout kitchen and dining space.

The stone paved patio opens up to the vast green lawn that walks to clean and serene Lake Nowland. A sandy beach is steps away, great for swimming and summertime fun.

At this well-appointed cottage, you're just a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Charlevoix to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and other visitor attractions.

Swim in the lake, play on the sandy beach or vast green lawn, enjoy happy hour on the patio, watch the sun set over the water, and make memories with friends and family over an evening bonfire. The Charlevoix Lake Cottage is an ideal retreat in the spring, summer or fall for your Northern Michigan getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing weekend in Charlevoix to recharge after a very busy few months with moving. We loved the quiet location, the cute cottage, and waking up to SNOW in the morning! Would definitely travel here again!

Amazing place

The cabin was amazing. Very cute and spacious for two. There is everything you may need for the kitchen.

Adorable Cabin Retreat

This trip was incredible. The pictures of the cabin are accurate, but unless you are really there to see it for yourself, to enjoy this little piece of heaven, only then will you understand this find away from home. I wished for snow & was not disappointed. Sitting on the couch, looking out onto the lake, whether it was snowing or a perfect sunset, we couldnt get enough of it. Great location to all the quaint towns, Charlevoix, Boyne City, Bay Harbor. I found more walking trails, filled with nature, met a chipmunk & several beautiful deers. This place goes down as one of my best trips & find ever. Im still thinking of my time spent here and counting down until we can return again. Thank you for sharing your place.

This little cabin was perfect. Wish we would have had more sun, but that has nothing to do w the listing. We would stay here again.

Perfecto!

We asked to stay longer! Just a few days up north to see tree colors and make day trips around Charlevoix & Petoskey... The Cottage was spotless and very well appointed, and the unique setting and history just made it even better. We will be returning next year!
