Curb side appeal was low but the interior was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, the comfortable living area being a plus, as well as extra bath towels. Ease in check in and out was great. Good communication from the host.

Great place to stay if you want a clean house hold with sufficiently stocked items for your stay. Just stayed for one night but it was very nice and had no complaints.

House was clean and tidy. Everything needed for a 3 night stay. All appliances like home. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Not far from downtown or fairgrounds.

Our visit to Hutchinson

We enjoyed having our own space and there was plenty of room however the bathroom was small my husband is 6 ft sponges in the kitchen should be replaced after every visitor kitchen sink could have been a little cleaner and the creamer for coffee was spoiled please do not let this reflect on the housekeeper as she has many duties and some things are unconsciously overlooked our host was very accessible thank you

My wife Sharon and I love to host people and provide a comfortable place for guests to stay. We do a fair amount of traveling and understand the importance of a quiet, clean, and comfortable and safe place to stay while away from home.

This house is only 3 blocks from one of the main streets going east and west through town, and has easy access to restaurants, a park with a long walking trails that takes one to the south part of town along the Arkansas River. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
