RMR: Mountain Ash 3 Condo in The Aspens/Wilson,WY

Escape to the mountains in this two bedroom condo located in the prime location of the Aspens on the Westbank. Enter the condo on the second floor and feel welcome in the cozy atmosphere. As you walk in, the twin bedroom is on the left with nice afternoon natural light. These Twins are convertible to a King bed for a fee. Adjacent to the twin bedroom, you will find a full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer and updated countertops. Further down the hall, you will enter into the open floor plan consisting of a galley kitchen with bar seating, a dining area for four, and a charming living room with Wyoming décor. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

Upstairs you will find the master Queen bedroom with an attached full bath and plenty of closet space for your longer adventures. Grab a book and read on the back deck while taking in the fresh mountain air. This condo has stairs to the entry and has two levels inside.

Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
