The apartment consists of:

- Bedroom with 1,50cm bed with very comfortable visco elastic mattress, prepared with a set of beds (sheets, pillows, bedspreads, etc). In addition to a beautiful sofa that is also a sofa bed for 2 people.

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own dishes. You have: crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, pans, pots, etc. In addition to: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, etc.

- Large bathroom consisting of a renovated shower, toilet, sinks, towel rails, towel pack for each guest, kit of amenities (shampoo, gel, etc).

Access to the apartment is by stairs.
We have high speed internet.
All TVs are smart tv so you can connect your netflix account.

- Terrace: Access to the terrace with comfortable furniture to enjoy the sunsets in Panama which has a jacuzzi overlooking the sea.
- Laundry: It has laundry area for shared use.
- Lobby: you can wait and enjoy magazines in our building lobby.
- Internet: wifi in all areas of the building.

I am totally available to my guests during their stay.

The Old Town or Casco Viejo of Panama City, declared a Historical Monument by UNESCO, is not a mandatory visit just for its history; It is also a place to try different foods and drinks in outdoor cafes, a picturesque place where restaurants and bars fill the atmosphere of culture, music and entertainment. The historic and the modern coexist in harmony in the Casco Viejo of Panama, making the experience pleasant and, above all, memorable.

Walk through Casco Viejo on foot, if you want to visit the Malls or another place in the city of Panama, have the 24-hour taxi service.

If on the day of departure we do not have other guests that are going to arrive you can leave later than 12:00h, we are flexible in this aspect.
However, if we have guests that enter that day then it would be necessary to comply with the departure time before 12:00h.


- DEPOSIT: The deposit is only an approval that is made through airbnb, it isn’t nothing cash.
The money doesn’t remove it from the credit card in any time, just in case of having an incident (for example a little incident breaking something of the apartment) we would have to make arrangement with Airbnb and by consent of both sydes would withdraw the amount of the repair of your credit card, but it would have to be prior consent of the two sydes.

- Airport connection: we will give you the necessary directions to arrive and also if you wish we have a pick-up service at the airport that is totally economical, fast and safe.
