Unique building throughout Casco Viejo recently renovated completely.

You have a pool, rooftop and your completely private and brand new room.
Double bed, designer furniture, tv with netflix, air conditioning, sheets and towels, shampoo, gel, etc.

The building with more history of Casco Viejo to be where the first president of the republic lived.

Casa Arias is a newly renovated building totally focused on obtaining a unique experience. You will enjoy a brand new room with a totally private bathroom and some areas with a unique charm.

Casa Arias is considered an oasis within Casco Viejo, being the only buildings with a private rooftop and pool.

The pool and rooftop are an area that you can enjoy whenever you want (it is shared with the other 6 rooms, all of our property).

The rooftop has unique views of all the old town, as well as directly to the sea, where there will be incredible sunsets to enjoy while you eat something or just relax.

Design pool in the heart of Casa Arias, where you can also enjoy its wall waterfall and lie down while you relax. An oasis in the heat of the old town.

We always have a staff person available for our guests.

Enjoy the street and the most iconic building in all of Casco Viejo, located in the area of silence but perfect for walking to all the spots, cathedral, churches and main squares, as well as restaurants and clubs.

Open Concept Bathroom

The room is in a great location. Although it was cute, there were virtually no amenities, not even soap. I can deal with small, but having no door on the bathroom is just too much. We took turns leaving the room so the other could have privacy. If this doesn’t bother you, then go for it.

Super Efficiency

I felt the description was deceiving. Very clean and beautiful location but it is just a bed and small bathroom. Nothing else. The kitchen is communal. The cafe in the bottom floor and rooftop setting was wonderful and would’ve made up for the small space. However, we needed to work that week and required at least a table to work from.

Quaint

Casa Arias was very quaint and centrally located. It connects to a coffee shop and is 1.5 short blocks to Independence Square. Loved the location.

great location

Excellent proximity to all of the sites in Casco Antigua. The fabulous Museum of the Canal is 1 block away–must-see for anyone interested in the canal. Room is simple and serviceable. AC did not work. Nice pool for cooling off mere steps from the room's door. Nice cafe adjacent. Lovely rooftop terrace for hanging out and watching the sunset.

Fabulous location!

Very clean, exactly as described. Rooftop nice place for coffee or a meal. Next door to coffee shop. Easy to walk to various restaurants and shops. Enjoyed my time!

Nice Little Room in a Lovely Building in the Heart of Old Panama City

The room itself is small, but it was all that we needed. The courtyard dipping pool was perfect to cool off after a long plane ride and short drive from the airport. Cocktails with great views on the rooftop patio made a great ending to our first day in Panama. Just a short walk to the Panama Canal Museum, a must for those who plan an actual canal trip. The neighborhood architecture reminded me of my hometown of New Orleans. Wonderful visit!
