Relax to enjoy your meal around the beautiful live edge dining table, or if grilling on the new Weber grill is the plan, relax around the patio table on our spacious deck in the private fenced yard. Not up for cooking today? A short walk down our tree lined street takes you to a lively dining scene from casual burger joints to refined farm-to-fork restaurants, many with outdoor (dog friendly) patios. You’ll find family friendly craft breweries and artisan coffee shops. Or maybe pack a picnic lunch and walk to the beautiful McKinley park with its large rose garden, hosts of food trucks, concerts and movie nights.

Great place to stay in residential section of Sacramento

The property was spotless and amazingly well equipped, probably the best VBRO that I have rented. The house is cozy and comfortable with a nice deck and backyard. They even sent us restaurant recommendations. The owner and local son were responsive to questions almost immediately and were ready to drive over and help us with my ineptitude on using a gas grill. (We worked it out over text, fortunately). I'd rent this property again any time I'm in Sacramento. And I highly recommend it for 2 people, or up to 2 couples, who want to stay in a residential section of Sacramento with great places within walking distance.

Fantastic Home!

Bob's home was in a GREAT location and the driveway made parking EASY! Super clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch sipping tea from a gorgeous mug and enjoying the morning breeze! Bob provided lots of helpful recommendations for dining and coffee. Delicious Pachamama Coffee Coop is just a couple of minutes walking. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

Perfect!

In town for dad's surgery at Mercy General Hospital. Home is within walking distance on a beautiful street with quiet neighbors. Home was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. 100% recommend.

This was our second stay here and again it was perfect. Beautiful house, very generously stocked, fantastic location and great hosts. Highly recommend.

My wife, Connie, and I live in Wisconsin but like to visit our son (and co-manager) who lives just minutes away from our East Sac home. Our potential move to this area has been postponed due to Connie's stroke and current medical needs. But we very much enjoy staying here when we can, especially when it is winter in Wisconsin! So we consider this our home and have furnished it and stocked it accordingly. We've learned that East Sac is a wonderful community with beautiful tree lined streets and is convenient to most everything. We can walk to great restaurants and shops. And we have wonderful and quiet neighbors. We think you will enjoy our home as much as we do!!
