WELCOME TO ST AUGUSTINE BEACH! Relax and enjoy this newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath townhouse. Located within a short walk to the beach and walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

The main floor features an open floor plan with plenty of space and natural light. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals. The living room has comfortable seating along with a 48” TV, with Comcast flex box that allows you to stream all your favorite apps, WiFi, and DVD. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs, with a powder room on the first floor. The master bedroom has smart TV also. Walk out the patio door to an area that is fenced in for privacy. Patio features a gas grill, and patio furniture for your comfort and outside dining. Off street parking is provided.

Enjoy sunny days on the white sandy beach, long walks at sunset or whatever beach lifestyle you envision. Come stay with us and experience the "Auggie" life for yourself!

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid November thru the end of January.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Spring Break

The property was convenient for what we wanted. The home had everything we needed and was comfortable. We loved how many fun restaurants there were with in a few blocks and very convenient to the beach.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

The home is gorgeous and the owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Short walk to the beach which was where we spent most of the time. It was a wonderful experience over all. Hope to be back soon.

Very comfortable space close to everything

Very comfortable and clean condo with plenty of space for everyone. Nice and private outside area. Walkable to everything you need. Owner easy to work with and very responsive.

Loved it!

This was our 4th trip to the area for the Christmas holiday. By far the cleanest property we stayed in. Beds were comfy. We could walk to beach and restaurants. Our host was responsive and helpful. And, there was no crazy chore list before checkout. That's real important to us because our drive home is long! Hope we can visit again!!

Great Stay!

This property is great to walk to many restaurants and to the beach. We had a group of older college students and they lived the fact that you could just walk over to the beach and several places to eat. The condo had everything we needed. Kristi with the cleaning service was absolutely awesome! We have been coming to St. Augustine for decades and usually stay near Crescent Beach so staying closer to activities was a nice change of pace.

Comfy stay

House was home away from home, roomy, comfortable and clean. Close to everything, food bars and beach. Owner of house was excellent at communicating with me. This was my 50th/ New years bash and my family and I had a great time. I would definitely rebook down the road.

An Absolutely lovely Time

The property is beautiful, immaculate, warm, comfortable and extremely accommodating. The patio invites a nice relaxing family Cook out time. The location is extraordinary: Close to the beach and all sorts of eateries in walking distance. We had a fabulous time with children and grandchildren. The Host, Aida is gracious, welcoming and hospitable. If I could rate ten stars, I would!

Wonderful long stay

We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay! The place was much more spacious than we imagined from the photos. The outside fenced area was perfect for our dogs, and 4 adults and a baby were all comfortable. The property manager was kind, patient, and communicated well/quickly to hey make our stay perfect. The street was a little loud at night (due to the restaurants right nearby and some public parking) but it was an easy and quick walk to the beach.

Everything you need for a proper beach vacation

I grew up a few blocks away, so I know the area. Perfectly located on The Island. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. House is set up nicely and well equipped. The owner was friendly and prompt. The only small issue is it's close to a bar and restaurant so there will be a little more noise and people walking around than other nearby streets.

Lovely townhome near everything

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhome. Property was spotless, beds are very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Patio is fully fenced so your fur babies are safe. Aida, the owner, is very easy to communicate with. Location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and 10 min driving to downtown St. Augustine. There is a taco place across the street and plenty of restaurants near by. If you want to cook, Publix is a short 5 min drive away. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyable

Was a little disappointed that they did not have actual beach chairs, not camping chairs. Patio needs to be maintained, weeds between bricks, kitchen window and upstairs window had some black mold, disappointed that only the master bedroom had a tv, back bedroom needed darker curtains.

Nice but in need of some attention

The pros: Great location close to the beach! Nice layout - kitchen, 1/2 bath and living space downstairs; beds and full baths upstairs Host was communicative and responsive Cons: This is a ‘well loved’ condo in need of some repairs: missing cabinet knob, back slider doesn’t lock (you have to put a wooden dowel in the track), pealing paint on the walls of the hall bathroom upstairs, tub didn’t drain in hall bath upstairs, shower curtain in master bath kept falling down. When we mentioned some of these issues to the host she indicated that she was already planning on doing some repairs, so hopefully these things have been addressed. The last issue is a small one but bothersome - the code to the front door was 10 digits long. Perhaps this is unavoidable due to the kind of lock, but it was a bit of a hassle.

Needs deep clean and yard maintenance

Property location was great! Short walk to the beach,shops and more. Property owner provided 4 very warn and dirty beach chairs but that is all, so bring your own beach stuff. Clean Property in areas but it needs a deep clean. Floor was gritty, bathroom faucets were not wiped clean and all the mirrors were hazy from being cleaned with the incorrect chemical. Back yard space was not appealing. The folding door to the laundry closet was laying on the ground next to the house, the weeds were knee high in places and there was no decor. There is a nice gas grill. Sliding glass door to the backyard was broken and would not lock, there was a wood security bar placed in the track to keep it from opening. Screen on sliding door was ripped open. Master bedroom- tv was mounted facing the door not the bed, the only way to watch it would be to take it off the wall mount. Very decent amount of tiolet paper provided but you will need to buy dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. Kitchen was clean but some of the dishes and utensils still had food on them when pulled from the cabinet or drawer so they had to be scrubbed and rewashed in the dishwasher. This was most likely past tenets fault since you have to start tje dishwasher when you leave. Coffee, sugar, coffee filters provided. Living room was nicely decorated and cozy. Almost all hand soap dispensers were close to empty. Linens and towels provided.

Fantastic Getaway!

This was the perfect spot for us. We arrived pretty late and put our bags inside the house. I kinda wish the unit identifier was more visible and lit up. Fortunately, there were three places to eat that are walking distance away that were still open. We walked to the farthest one and it was only across A1A. So the location was ideal. We ate at the taco stand on our last evening. I love eating from the local places to get a feel of the community instead of expensive dumb chains. The townhome is a lot more spacious in real life. I was surprised how much open space there was. Aesthetically, it felt like a beach house. I'm from Virginia Beach and it felt like I drove 10 hours just to feel like I was at another beach town; a warmer one at the moment.. Adjusting was not an issue. I appreciated the available coffee filters for the existing coffee machine. Sometimes, that's a toss up but luckily there were filters. Not that the property owner can control this but the tap water in St.Augustine has a strong odor and flavor I'm not used to. It reminded me of camp water; well water, but from the tap. This water was also in the restaurants in the historical district. I didn't think I was particular about tap water but I was there. So bring some water from home or whatever you're used to. A couple other things about the house is that the shower rod in the master bathroom kept falling so just be careful not to burden it with extra towels. And lastly, I noticed that the draining of water in the sinks and bathtub (hallway bathroom) was a little slow. They probably just need a dose of Drano to loosen up pipe gunk. But overall, I would book that place again. The block and a half walk to the beach was great. There was an art show by the pier which is a mile walk on the sand. Five stars on Yelp!

Clean and Great Location

We had a great stay over Easter. The location is great with easy beach access and lots of restaraunts within walking distance. The home was very clean and we really appreciated all the seating in the living room. The back patio is very nice with the fire pit. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly!

The location is attractive because it is so close to the beach with restaurants and store that are privately owned, Ther are no big box store on the island. Therefore no honky tonk, it has that beachy relaxed beach culture.
