The kitchen was excellent, the handle on the freezer door needs tightened . The view was ok ,room clean headboard needs tightened. Overall we loved it i would book again

Everything was clean and well appointed. I was only there for one night. The only complaint I have is that when I walked into the condo, it smelled like fish. I opened all the doors to air it out, and the smell finally dissipated. If it hadn’t, I could not have stayed there. Because of my short stay, I didn’t use the pool.

Great condo! Very clean with plenty of linens and kitchen essentials. Plenty of parking available near the unit. Access to the beach was just a short walk away from the building. Close proximity to dining, shopping and concert venue. Host was very present through messages to make sure we had everything we needed. This was my first experience using Vrbo and I hope all my future bookings go as smoothly as this one did. Will definitely re-book this property the next time I'm in the area.

Very relaxing, with the beach being in your backyard.

With the beach, and swimming pool atyor back door, and ignoring the hic up on where to find the the lack of clarity on where to find the passes for front gate, and the beach, everything was perfect.I am some what familar with area, and I will return in the future.

Very nice walk way to the beach. No stairs on the walkway so very easy access for strollers. Also enjoyed the gated community everyone was very nice.

Great little St. Augustine Getaway

My husband and I had an amazing 1st visit to St. Augustine. Todd’s condo was the perfect spot as our home base while there. We loved the pools and the close walk to the beach. Thanks again Todd!

Perfect Beach Getaway in St. Augustine

Lovely condo, perfectly decorated and comfortable for our little family. Kids loved the air mattress. It was nice having all the supplies needed in the condo already.

Perfect for two!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I had never been to St Augustine before and was very lucky to have chosen the perfect spot! The condo is quaint, clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the condo and the development is quiet, clean, felt safe and was close to the beach. There’s also a pool and downtown was a short 15 min ride up A1A. Definitely will stay again if I’m lucky enough to go to St Augustine in the future.

Great Area

My husband and I enjoyed exploring the beach in this area. It is a great place for walking. We felt very safe. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Travel to downtown St Augustine is easy. It is a great place to stay!

Went to St. Augustine for an event and this property was the perfect location for being able to conveniently reach downtown St. Augustine and being just outside the hustle and bustle of it.

There was no question where we would stay when visiting St. Augustine for the second time, highly recommend. We love that it’s dog friendly and it’s a great location. Todd is a great host! Hope to be back again next year.

Love st Augustine

Easy access to beach and restaurants. Easy drive to tourist areas. Car noise is a factor but didnt disturb our relaxation. Sidewalks available.
