Amazing Studio by the beach

Incredible fully equipped studio with direct view of the Caribbean Sea, go down from your room to the large pool and a few steps from the most beautiful beach in Cancun, which in season from June to August you can see the arrival of Caguamas turtles arriving to lay eggs on the coast of this beach.
The space
Large studio equipped with kitchenette with dishes and minibar to relax and forget about the routine, a fresh, comfortable and adorned place with details that will take you to an unforgettable stay in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean.
Guest access
Access directly from your stay to the pool and a few steps from the great Caribbean Sea, relax on the lounge chairs either by the pool or on the beach. Enjoy your favorite drinks that you can buy with us, ask when booking.
Other things to note
The resort where the property is located has a bar with direct payment and at the moment the restaurant is undergoing renovation, however we have drinks packages that may interest you. Please inquire with us.

Superb Stay!

Incredible cute studio with epic views of the pool and caribbean right from your window and balcony. Melvin the host was incredible and deseves the Host of the Year award. The property is clean and the location is perfect if you prefer to be close to the hustle and bustle but also have some down time to relax and unwind. We will definitely be baxk!

Comfy beachside condo

A wonderful little condo with an amazing ocean view. Very clean space with 2 comfortable beds, a small kitchen, Roku tv, balcony next to pool with ocean view…perfect sitting out to play dominions, look at stars at night or the sunrise in the morning. Beach towels are included that can used at the pool or the cozy lounge chairs at the beach. There is a coffee/snack bar in the lobby, convenience store and 2 restaurants directly across the street. This was the perfect place for a quick getaway. If you’re looking for big, busy and fancy this isn’t the place but if you want low key and chill this is just right.

Million Dollar View!!!!!

this was a Beautiful place the View was spectacular the room was Excellent, Huge TV A/c was awesome ( we only used at Night caused we open the sliding window and got a Great Sea breeze during the day) our Host Melvin was Excellent and prompt to answer any of our questions Truly a wonderful stay, the Pics doesn't do it justice the location and the view were Amazing, we were NOT looking for some all inclusive place we wanted a place with a Tremendous view, Great pool!!!, this place isnt a Monstrous resort its a good sized place with a large infinity pool ,24hr security, pool is open till 10pm every night!!! they even have a Convenience store across the street!!! Sunset in the Am were stunning,sitting on the patio listening and watching the waves cant be anymore relaxing, we cant thank Melvin enough !!!! we will be back again for Sure thank you again Melvin 5 out 5 stars

Hidden Gem!

Just got back to the States from an 8 night stay. My husband and I and I had a great time. Melvin was outstanding and really easy to contact with and engage. The studio is located inside of the Cyan Cancun Resort. We were literally steps from the pool and the beach. What we loved the most was that we could easily find chairs at the pool and on the beach. Compared to other properties nearby, it was incredibly open and relaxed. We also liked that we were not in the heart of the hotel zone so the vibe was much more relaxed. The fish tacos at El Galeon are a must do. The OXXO across the street had surprisingly decent tacos as well. It would have been nice to have a larger coffee maker in the room and perhaps a safe, but that's not a reflection on whether we felt the property was safe or not. The front desk team was outstanding (helped us order pizza in on a lazy night!) and security was present 24/7. If you're looking for a large resort with all the bells and whistles, this isn't the place. There are some modest renovations underway on the property. But our studio was very clean and comfortable and we made the absolute most of our 8 days snoozing and boozing on the beach. We'll be back and will send others for sure! Thank you!

Front beach

Buena ubicación , frente al mar. No hay muchas opciones de cena tarde cerca. Hay un Oxxo en frente al edificio muy útil . El AC funciona perfecto, la TV también. La cama muy cómoda. Todo limpio y bien entregado.
