Had to be in town for State Masonic Event. Staying in home was a life saver. Very nice home & comfortable & clean. Would stay here again for sure.

great place, great host, bit of a flawed process

Overall, this rental was great and exactly what we wanted (cheap, basic place to stay close to the University of Dayton). Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with cleaning and as a result we ended up having to stay in a different place the first night and then move back here the 2nd night ... Shelly handled the mix up very well and I'm pretty sure this was a one-off sort of snafu that probably doesn't normally happen. I did have to figure out the wifi at this house myself because the information that I got thru vrbo was wrong (seems to be a different ISP now). Shelly was quite fast at getting back to use with answers to questions/concerns so I have no doubt she would';ve sorted out the wifi situation quickly -- as it happened, I figured it out myself though. We'd definitely stay here again -- and hopefully without the extra "musical houses" games that happened this time

No TV, no Internet, sketchy neighborhood

When I arrived at the property, I noticed the Internet and television did not work. I reached out to the host who is of very little help and not really concerned with getting the Internet working. This is extremely disappointing because I was down there for a work trip, and I needed the Internet to work. I was forced to leave the property during the day and find a restaurant that provided Internet that I could use. The host never attempted to get it working and ignored further messages. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. I will never stay here again, and would deter anyone who is considering it to find other accommodations.
