The Space:

Welcome to your newly renovated, pet-friendly retreat, designed for comfort and convenience! This spacious home comfortably accommodates 8 guests, offering a modern and inviting atmosphere with light-colored wood-style flooring and crisp white walls throughout.



Step inside to discover an open-plan main living area, perfect for gathering. Relax on the large grey sectional sofa while enjoying the 70" Smart TV, or unwind in the second seating area featuring two dark armchairs. A dining space with a round wooden table for six provides a lovely spot for meals.



Prepare delicious dishes in the fully stocked modern kitchen, boasting new stainless steel appliances, sleek white cabinetry, and black countertops. You'll find all the pots, pans, and essentials you need. For those mixing work with leisure, dedicated desk spaces and fast Wi-Fi ensure productivity. An in-unit washer and dryer add to your convenience.



Rest and recharge in our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each with distinct styling:

Master Bedroom: Indulge in a luxurious King bed, a 65" Smart TV, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable Queen bed.

Guest Bedroom 2: Offers another comfortable Queen bed.

Fourth Sleeping Space: Includes a versatile Futon, perfect for additional guests.



Outside, a private, fenced yard awaits, offering a secure space for relaxation. For your peace of mind, a doorbell camera is installed at the entrance, focused solely on this area to enhance your safety while respecting your privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire single-level house and the fully fenced yard. Self-check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system; you'll receive a unique, secure door code for your reservation. Ample parking is available on the premises for your vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Two blocks from Northwest Medical Center and 4 blocks from downtown Springdale.



Getting Around:

The home is centrally located in Springdale with easy access to major roads. Approximate drive times: Downtown Springdale (5 min), Fayetteville & University of Arkansas (15 min), Rogers (15 min), Bentonville & Crystal Bridges (25 min). Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements when considering extra guests. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize your privacy and comfort. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform or phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations.
