One of the best parts of this location is how much is within walking distance. Step outside and you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, nightlife, and the WVU Downtown campus nearby. The WVU Coliseum and Mountaineer Field are approximately 3 miles away.

Please note: The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator. Parking is not included, but public parking options are available nearby.

This property was perfect for visiting my daughter at WVU. It was very clean and the host made it very easy to gain access upon my arrival. The location was perfect - right in downtown so could walk anywhere for food and easy to get to the river trail for a beautiful walk in the mornings. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place and great location

The location cant be more perfect in my opinion. Lost of stuff within qapking distance and the place is nice too.

Nice little apartment in downtown, convenient for walking around. Parking garage within walking distance but there is no free parking anywhere downtown.
