Now to tell you about my great condo. The condo has been gutted and welcomes you to enjoy a 2 bedroom unit like no other at Sugar Beach. If you enjoy cooking, this is the unit for you. Our new bathrooms will spoil you. There are no steps to drag that luggage to the wonderful gulf front unit. Only a short walk (less than 100 steps) to grill, pool, club house and beach entrance. Nearby restaurants and fun things to do. If you would care to rent our condo please supply a copy of your drivers license with current address and a list of names and ages of ANYONE that will be on the property, email and cell and signed copy by each person that will be on the property of rules/regulations that will be emailed. Considered late after 12 hours. Reservation will not be honored after this time if everything is not sent.
There is a $37 hoa registration fee per vehicle, add’l money for trailers and boats and there is a charge for pets up to $200 then add tax and card fees. Pets must be approved and vaccination papers provided. The link to use at least 72 hours prior to arrival is https://sugar-beach-pcb.checkfront.com/reserve/
Our keyless lock has a camera. You’ll be provided a link through a text message to use or you can use a door code each time you enter also provided by text. (There is a temp error so only a 6 digit code is working at the moment. There’s also a ring doorbell that has a camera enabled. The thermostat is internet based so please do not remove off WiFi.

Great place!

We loved this condo! The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and the owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was even nicer than the pictures show—very clean, comfortable, and spacious in both the bedrooms and the kitchen. The owner anticipated our every need and left the home fully stocked. Mary’s communication was incredible, providing highly detailed rules and check-in instructions. Location-wise, you are basically right on the beach, just steps from the gate access. The white sand and emerald green water are absolutely stunning. Having several good restaurants within walking distance (seafood, burgers, pizza and Mexican) was a huge bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Great trip at this beautiful place. Loved that we only had a few steps to the beach and pool. The owner went above and beyond with stocking all the essentials making it feel like home & very quick to respond to any concerns. If you are bringing your furr baby all the grass area around the pond is perfect. Would definitely stay again!
