Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Renovated and spacious one-bedroom beach suite between the ocean and intracoastal. Includes a full kitchen, a queen bed, one pull out sofa bed, dining table, bathroom with walk-in shower. We provide all linens, towels, and property has wifi, cable, and a pool. Parking also included.
Perfect Deerfield Beach location. You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping, parks and Deerfield beach Fishing Pier!

I dide not meet host at any time during my 27 day stay, but Kevin, the property mgr. was TERRIFIC and immediately responded to phone calls and requests and waqs very frequently on the property. Pool and deck area is very nice and was always kept spotlessly clean. Apartments also spotless, Kitchen appliances very good and utensils very adaquit. Bedroom very small, but queen sized bed very comfortable.Closet good. Good storage space within drawers in livingroom credenza. T.V very good but hard for me to operate but maintaince staff amended this problem.. Staff great!!!. Living room furniture needs major upgrade.. Nice neighborhood, with golf, fishing, pier very close by, and beautiful beaches within 2 - 3 minutes away.. I am definitely returning next year. Once again, Kevin, the prop. mgr. makes staying here worthwhile.Peter B. - Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Nice family stay

This place is all about location! It is a short walk to the beach, and a slightly longer walk to shopping and restaurants. The unit is a little dated and some of the furniture has seen better days, but nothing that was a deal breaker. My family was looking for an affordable place to sleep and regroup between activities. This place gave us that and in a better location than we even hoped for. There were some issues with the pool that had apparently been going on for a few weeks; some long term tenants told us it had been closed but was open again for our stay and they were actively trying to get it fixed to stay open. Side note: the photos show new HE laundry in the unit but we found an old school apartment setup in there and based on the stock list we found, the cleaning people didn’t actually leave as many paper products as should have been there. Again, nothing that was a deal breaker, and I would absolutely stay here again knowing all of this, so long as the price remains right.
