At the end of a quiet neighborhood, this family-friendly hidden gem is the perfect getaway! Two bedrooms, plus a fun loft-style area with two twin beds for the kids! The front patio is the perfect family hangout. Want to explore the area? Take a short walk or take a minute drive down the street to the best park around, or a little further to a local brewery, coffee shop, and convenience store. About 5 minutes drive into town, the beach, and Morro Rock! Or, bring your bike and take advantage of the bike trails into town! The front porch has a dining area and fire pit under a beautiful avocado tree. Surfboards are available for all our guests to use! This is Morro Bay's best kept family secret; you'll be coming back year after year!

Guest Access

Guests have access to the first floor (the second-story apartment is occupied by tenants). Guests may park on the driveway.
There is a hose behind the house that guests are welcome to use to wash off the sand. Surfboards on the side of the house are available to use, we just ask that guests rinse and return the surfboard racks.

Things to Note

All surfing, biking, and beach play is done at your own risk.

Please do not park in the driveway, which is reserved for the upstairs tenants.

Do not disturb the upstairs tenants, who have nothing do to with the airbnb. Message, call, or text us if you have any needs.

Neighborhood

One of Morro Bay's best neighborhoods, it's away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for a minute drive or bike ride to Morro Bay's best attractions! Set against a beautiful green mountainside dotted with cattle, take the scenic walk to Del Mar park, where there is something for all ages. Our kids love to go down the three-story high slide! Picnic tables and barbeques are available here at a first come first serve basis.

We suggest using your own vehicle to get around, though Uber and Lyft are available on busy weekends. You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood!

We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions.

While we’re not available in person, we do have amazing neighbors and friends in the area who can make themselves available if absolutely necessary.

House Rules

1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 24 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkout fees may apply.

2. Honesty is the best Policy
Add all guests, no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 4 guests apply automatically with reservation request.

3. No Parties or Smoking
Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

4. Be respectful
When using outdoor areas, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. Thank you for your cooperation!
