Located in a quiet neighborhood you'll love every moment here! The main level features and open concept, airy, living space with clean lines and trendy furnishings. The beds are large and comfortable, there are two full baths, and a private coffee bar so you don't have to walk up to the full kitchen to get your morning cup of Joe. The upper level, picture windows let in natural light, there are two sofa sleepers, board games, and lots of space in the kitchen for cooking. There is a small backyard, and larger front and side yard. The front patio deck faces the street and offers filtered views of the ocean, while the back porch is the perfect retreat for two.
Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor space.

We had the BEST time staying in this wonderful comfortable home for 2 weeks. We used to live in Grover, so we loved this location, the space, the comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen. Our grandkids came for the day and there were so many kids toys and fun things left for them. Ample parking and great outdoor space for evening cocktails and ball throwing for our pug. Quiet neighborhood but you could walk to shops and food. The management company was top notch with all communication, and when the main TV just died we had a brand new TV installed within 24 hours even though we told them we were not in a hurry. That is service! We are already planning our next trip back

Great Grover Beach home!

The house was so well stocked with everything you could think of for a wonderful family or friend stay! Communication with Guest Equity was prompt and all questions answered in minutes. The neighborhood is friendly and proximity to the Monarch Grove, beach and shopping is good! Will stay again!

Very clean and well equipped. Just wish the fireplace had been functional. The beds were very comfortable!

Great place, worth the money!

We had 6 adults and 2 dogs. Plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the owner was super easy and the Lady I dealt with was extremely helpful! Definitely recommend staying here!
