Super Cozy

Because of the rainy weather, we spent more time than we had planned to, at the 'Sandy Feet Retreat'. It was great. Clean, welcoming, and family friendly. We look forward to visiting again!

Cutest Little Place!

We had the best time, the house was so incredibly comfortable. Very clean, cutest decorations, and the beds were so comfortable. The absolute perfect place for a getaway and it’s so close to everything you need. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect stay!

My family absolutely loved this cute house! The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to Cal Poly SLO. The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing, and although we didn’t cook much the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful and communicated well, and check-in (and out) was a breeze. Would definitely come back for another stay!!

Comfortable Cottage

The house was great! Comfortable common areas and soft beds. The house has good access to major roads while still being quiet. We had a nice time walking down nearby Grand Ave to restaurants and the beach!

Great communication

There was a power outage our first night and Mario was attentive and made sure to keep us updated on the status. Overall great location and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet stay at Sandy Feet Retreat

This property in Grover Beach is situated in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Pismo Outlets, quick access to the freeway. A very clean home with a private front porch for hanging out and BBQing or making S’mores. Great communication with the owner.

Family get away

My husband myself and our adult daughter spent a couple days at this home. It was very clean and the host was very responsive. The beds were comfortable. I do wish they had better pots and pans. They didn’t have a big enough pot to cook pasta. Also, while they had beach toys for little kids they didn’t have any beach chairs or beach umbrella which was a bummer.

A wonderful home away from home!

We had a family reunion with my son and his girlfriend who lives in LA and we came down from the SF Bay Area. This was a wonderful midpoint for us to relax and enjoy time together. Great communication with our hosts and the house was fully equipped with a water filter, coffee, nice outdoor area with firepit, chairs and grill. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The couch is so comfortable for us to hang out on. The neighbors were very friendly and showed us how to get to the beach through the monarch butterfly park which was only a 15 min walk. A very peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach, but not too close to the pier and tourists. We had a wonderful time riding ATVs at the dunes which was less than 10 mins away. Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Grover Beach Cottage

We are a family of five (w/ teens). This property is everything as described and reviewed. The home is beautifully decorated, was very clean and the perfect size for our family. The front patio area with the fire pit was comfortable for evening gatherings. The beds were comfortable (although a bit soft for those more used to firmer mattresses). The driveway to park in the garage was a bit tricky for larger vehicles, but there is plenty of street parking. Grover Beach is a quiet and convenient community. The property is very close to the main strip where all of the restaurants, groceries and stores are located and also minutes from the Grand Ave access to the Oceano Dunes SVRA. We spent an evening driving our SUV onto the beach to park and watch the sunset right on the sand. We were less than a five-minute drive from downtown Pismo Beach and far away from the traffic and hustle-and-bustle of that area. The owners were very responsive when we needed to contact them about how to enter the home upon check-in -- responded within a minute. We will definitely return to this property the next time we want to get away to the Central Coast.
