Wake up to Haleakala sunrises through your lanai door while the kids chase geckos on the grass outside. Pacific Shores A105 delivers that kind of morning, and it's about a four-minute walk from the beach.

This ground-floor 2bed/2bath corner unit is one of the most thoughtfully set-up family condos in South Kihei. We mean Pack N Play, high chair, beach toys, a wagon, coolers, books, games, twin beds (w/ fresh 2024 mattresses) and an in-unit washer/dryer so you can pack light.

The location is genuinely walkable Charley Young Beach and the Cove surf break are steps away. Kihei Cafe for breakfast, South Maui Gardens for lunch, and a stretch of restaurants and shops, all accessible on foot. Two reserved parking spaces are yours when you're ready to venture out to Wailea, UpCountry, the West Side, or beyond.

The unit itself Bright corner layout w/ cross-ventilation plus a newer split AC in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen w/ indoor & outdoor dining for four. Living room w/ Sonos, flat-screen, and a sleeper sofa. Primary bedroom w/ queen (2023 mattress) & ensuite tub/shower. Guest room w/ two twins & a nearby full bath.

Freshly renovated community pool, spa, BBQ grills, and outdoor heated shower, all 30 seconds from the lanai.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent for the local amenities, beach, pool, parking, and ground floor. My daughter, son-in-law, and 1 year old granddaughter live on the island so it was convenient. Also have all the child friendly items like, high chair, wagon, beach gear, and cleanliness. I would definitely rent again.

Cutest place in Kihei

We LOVED this property! First of all, the AC was already on when we arrived so it was wonderful to walk in from the humidity. The place had everything we needed, including beach gear. Small downside was AC unit was only in the living room so the rooms were a bit warmer, but the fans helped. Great ground floor location, super close to everything. Would stay here again!

Family stay

Very clean accommodations for our family of 4 plus a grandma. Easy access to room and walking distance to beaches and dining. Sofa bed held two teenagers comfortably. The kitchen was a snug but was well stocked with all cookware and the washer dryer too. Pool and hot tub were nice. The room also had some beach chairs which saved us a bit on rentals. We would totally stay here again.

The issues with the wifi have been resolved and tested multiple times and is working great. We have added a streaming device to the tv that is user friendly and also works great. We try and catch any issues prior to arrivals, but in the event something does quit working, our team is hear 7 days a week to assist guests. We hope we get the chance to host you again! Very clean, customer service easily helped us do a late checkout for a late flight, great location. If we come back to Maui, this is where we’ll stay! The only downside is the beds are very uncomfy. Both queens and the hide a bed. We didn’t sleep great but just made it work.

We due pride ourselves on having a clean and welcoming home for you to enjoy while on Maui and it's troubling to hear that we did not meet those standards. We have since gone over your feedback with our cleaner and the unit inspector. Out of an abundance of caution, we have also had a professional pest control company treat the entire condo.
