This place was very family friendly. It was very accommodating for my family of seven. Everyone slept comfortably. The host was great and responsive in a timely manner. I would stay here again if even in Houston. Thanks for everything

Good Place

The place was great I wish that the ping pong table had decent balls and the pool table was bigger.

The house is beautiful! it looks like has been remodeled recently and they did a great job! the bedrooms are very convenient with a lot of space and I have to mention that it was SPOTLESS (Great job!).We reserved it mostly because the number of bedrooms but we were very surprised that we really enjoyed the playroom! Fernando was very responsive at all times! We have an issue the day before our departure but we fully understand that things happen. The location of the house is very close to the most important places to visit, just 15-20 min from almost the principal sightseeings, but, something important to mention is that the house is located next to a not too friendly neighborhood, we spend the New Year's eve and we could hear the shootings close by. I really recommend to avoid the Southmoore Blvd and always use MacGregory Way to arrive/departure; we never felt unsafe in our street and surroundings but just a recommendation.

Birthday Vacation

3 days before arrival the host completely stop responding. I requested early check in and was told that they would get back to me but never did. Upon arrival the wine was OPEN. The bottle had been refilled so we did not drink it. We left to grab something to eat and noticed someone had been in the house while we were gone. I sent a message to host but never received a response. There was food from previous guest still left in the fridge. The floor was clearly dirty and did not appear to be cleaned at all. Our socks and feet within minutes of walking around was filthy. The shower in 2 bathrooms had mold. The downstairs half bath sink was leaking from the bottom pipes. I really would’ve liked to let the host know privately However messages was sent with no response. We did enjoy the game room and the amount of space the home had to offer. The area of the home was good as well.
