Hale Kai O Kihei Condo

Newly remodeled, beautiful and comfortable, steps from the sandy beach. Drift to sleep at night to the soothing sounds of the waves.

The beautifully furnished condo, featuring kitchen, bath, air conditioning, telephone, free WiFi, smart TV, and a complimentary in-suite safe, will make your stay super comfortable. You'll even have laundry facilities conveniently located in condo, so you can afford to pack light for your trip!

Beautiful, ever-changing sunsets night after night from your private lanai, with back-drops of Molokini and Lanai.

In winter months, watch the whales breeching on the horizon.

Sandy, uncrowded beach, feels like it's your own!

With lounge chairs placed through-out the gorgeous grounds, it's easy to relax in the sun under the palms and gaze out at the ocean or in a few steps be swimming in the gentle waves. Alternatively, enjoy the fenced-in pool, shuffleboard, croquet or bocce' ball, (game sets included in condo). Beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels are included for your use.

Convenient location and beautiful views in a complex that is well taken care of. The air conditioning works well, and the keyless lock and washer/dryer were helpful. Sitting on the balcony having a meal or a drink watching sunsets was zen-like. Note: Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as it’s not provided. Wonderful booking! We would book again!

The location is great - on the beach with a great lawn for relaxing in the shade of the palms. Beautiful sunset watching with a full on western facing lanai. The accommodations are set up for everything you need for doing your own food preparation with handy BBQs on the property. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests. Over all highly recommended by us.

Great view and right on the beach. Easy proximity to activities and dining. There is a church nearby that feeds the unhoused and we had to explain an indecent incident to one of the grandchildren. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Easy beach walking!

Our tropical home away from home. The perfect home base for exploring the sites around Maui to just relaxing by the pool or grounds with a round of shuffle board or bocce ball. Coffee in the morning on the lanai was a favorite along with watching the beautiful sunsets.

We loved our stay in Kihei! The condo had everything we needed! The view is spectacular and we loved the easy access to the beach. There are many restaurants and groceries in walking distance. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo!

This property was AWESOME!!! We had 3 young adults and 2 old timers stay here, and it was spacious, well appointed, was in a great location, and had the BEST views and direct ocean access that made our vacation so memorable! The beds were comfortable (slept up to 6 in actual beds), and having 2 bathroom was fantastic. This place has been recently updated - the place inside and out exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back!

Perfect central location!

We loved this location being centrally located on the island. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the sunset views were GORGEOUS!! The condo and amenities were exactly as pictured/described and we had everything we needed for our stay. We all thought the mattresses were super-comfy as well!!

Best 2 bedr condo in Hale Kai O’Kihei

The condo is beautifully remodeled and furnished! The living area and Primar bedroom have A/C units which were greatly appreciated at night. Every space had ceiling fans. The blackout shades in the bedrooms were wonderful! I found it helpful that not all food items had been removed from prior renters. We loved having some jams, lots of spices, several condiments and cooking oils to use. The condo was well stocked with paper towels, dish detergents, TP etc. Lastly, having 4 beach chairs and beach towels available to use was perfect! I highly recommend this condo!! We will be back for sure!

Perfect Maui Getaway – Relaxing, Convenient, and Beautiful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Maui property! The location is unbeatable. Perfectly central to everything on the island. Whether we were heading to Lahaina area, Wailea, or upcountry, it was always an easy drive.The property itself is stunning and peaceful, far more relaxing than a typical resort. The beach was just steps away and felt like a hidden gem—quiet, clean, and ideal for morning walks, sunsets and turtle watching. The pool area was also a great bonus: never crowded, well-maintained, and perfect for a lazy afternoon.Inside, the accommodations were top-notch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with all the conveniences we needed. A well appointed kitchen, laundry, beach gear, Wi-Fi, and more. It truly felt like a home away from home.We loved being able to unwind in such a serene setting while still being close to restaurants, shops, and activities. If you’re looking for a peaceful, convenient, and beautiful place to stay in Maui, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Clean, updated, well stocked condo

The condo was well stocked, clean and updated. We enjoyed the location being on the beach and close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Pam was very responsive when there was an issue and handled it very fairly even though it was beyond her control and no fault of her own. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place

The property was very clean and spacious. Just steps away from the beach and the pool. Beds were super comfortable! Had a wonderful stay and great communication with the owner/property manager. Highly recommend. Hope to come back and stay here again! Thank you!!

Comfortable condo

Pleasant, well designed,simple, clutter free accommodation in quiet area of Kihei. Able to walk to many amenities. Ease of getting to beach was helpful with a young family.The manager was very pleasant and attentive responding well to inquiries!

Beautiful condo on a quiet beach in kihei

Stunning! I love everything about this condo. First and foremost are the furnishings, absolutely beautiful with a very well appointed kitchen to cook for your family. The sunset views are perfect every night and then it’s a very short walk to dozens of restaurants.

Lovely condo on the beach

We loved staying here! The view was spectacular and the location was great - close to a supermarket and restaurants, as well as an easy drive to most places on Maui. Especially good though, was the proximity to the beach - early morning swims every day while the winds are low and turtles galore! My kiddo loved using the pool everyday and has decided she wants to live here permanently :) Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed, and all supplies we needed for the beach were right there. Communication with the property manager was easy. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

Our names are Fred and Pam Green. We have travelled to Hawaii many times over the last 3 decades. We love all of Hawaii, but have a special place in our hearts for the island of Maui. We purchased this condo, #205 in 2018 and #102 in 2022 to have a place to come to with family and friends and share our love for this beautiful island.

We were first struck by the amazing views from the lanai and the close proximity to the beach. We love the peacefulness of the beach, being the only condo building in the midst of many single family residenses really lends itself to the feeling of a private beach. The location topped off our attraction to this property being in a generally sunnier, warmer area of Maui, yet within an easy drive of other appealing areas.
