Fabulous location with the beach right out the back patio; excellent accommodations - clean, well stocked, beach equipment etc., host was easy to communicate with and very helpful at all times, and there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance.

Could not be happier with our stay here! 1000% recommend! The property is gorgeous, steps to the beach, you don’t even need shoes! The condo is clean and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the sand toys, boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella. It has a small cooler to take to the beach for drinks. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were perfect. Our family would love to stay again! Thank you!

We were so happy with this stay! The condo is nicer than the pictures do it justice. Of course the location is amazing— the ability to walk barefoot right to the beach is so special. And we loved that sitting on the lanai felt like being right there at the ocean, but still felt private. The owners were very attentive to anything that came up. I hope to be back some day!

Steps away from the beach, well stocked and very clean unit. Parking is in a very tight garage.Location in Kihei is very central, five minute walk to Kalama Park where surfing lessons are available. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great place!

Wonderful location! Property is steps from the sand and had everything we needed for a beach day. It’s only a 5-10 minute drive from anything you could want to eat or need for your stay.

The location was excellent. Truly right on the water at Charley Young. Many people were in the water. We found it a bit rough for snorkeling entry but this may have just been due to weather/ time of year. The condo was just as shown in the images. It was well stocked. Loved that there was plenty of Baggies, trashbags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coolers for use, etc. The AC worked well. We asked for the second room to be converted to a king from 2 twins. The beds were pushed together but no twin to king gap filler was provided. This would cost 50 and would have made our trip much more comfortable. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of tiny ants in the second bedroom and some in the kitchen. We sprayed for bugs and this kept them in control. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I looked at many properties before we booked here. My wishlist was a walk out lanai, at least one king bed, steps to a sandy, calm beach, and parking. We got all this and more. The unit is exactly as described but also full of anything you might need. Every appliance, all kitchenwares, laundry detergent, yoga mats, snorkels, bug spray. The list goes on and on. In addition, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable and I loved the pillows so much that I am going to look to buy them for myself. It’s clear that the owners take pride in this space as seen from the high quality furniture and everything else in the unit. It’s not standard short-term rental stuff. Two of our favorite aspects of the property: 1. Being in a corner unit meant that we essentially had the feeling of being in a private home. 2. The outdoor shower was lovely!Thanks for sharing your home with us.We will never forget this visit!

A dream location and view from this top-notch condo. The condo had everything one could ask for, from amenities, beach towels, beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen to make meals, etc. This is a highly recommended place to stay with super-responsive hosts if any issues arise. I highly recommend staying here with responsible hosts and a fantastic condo.

Pros: Great location, steps to the beach, easy walking to food & shops, and beautiful sunset view. The unit is better looking in person than the photos showed. Radio tuned to 93.5 KPOA was super fun touch. Complimentary bag and treats on arrival were very nice. Owner responded to all inquiries immediately and was able to let us check in over 5hours early which was amazing. Electric grill worked well. Several tools were available to use to make coffee. Appliances, especially the fridge, were new, clean, and operated well. Tons of towels provided so no worries of running out during a week stay. Despite being on Kīhei Rd which is pretty busy, there was no traffic noise in the unit - just the local bird songs in the morning to wake us up along with the sun.Cons: Backyard is fairly busy with people walking through at all hours, bed is in very poor condition & saggy, bedsheets were extremely worn, dishwasher and clothes washer required heavy cleaning before use, and AC smelled stale (although luckily this was fixed by leaving closet doors open). Unit could use a thorough deep clean. Beach gear is hit and miss (chairs are usable but old, umbrella was completely broken and useless, boogie board was great). Overall: We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very accommodating with great communication! For the money though, would expect a bit more. If you have back issues would strongly advise to look elsewhere.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in kihei however disappointed that you were not satisfied with your stay. We invite you to contact us independently if you wish to discuss further. We do feel it’s important however to clarify the beds were in fact replaced 3 months ago with top of the line sealy mattresses. It is unfortunate they were not up to your standards. In regards to the deep clean, in addition to the cleaning during turn overs the suite is deep cleaned semi annually. We will be instructing our cleaners to revisit the suite immediately.

Property was right on the beach and walkable to restaurants and bars around Kihei. Can’t beat the sunset views! Will definitely be back to this property!
