Our stay was perfect. The home comfortably fit my family during our stay and the place was very clean. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do which was a plus. I would highly recommend this property for any vacation to KC.

This was an amazing VRBO! The house was a bit older but has been updated very well, has all of the amenities, was very clean and the host was extremely communicative. Plus the yard was stunning. We would absolutely stay there again!

Traveling with multiple families and more kids than adults can be a challenge especially after spending all day at a KC football game. Check in was perfect and the room temperature was perfect after sweating all day. Host answered all questions timely. We were able to see some pretty amazing wildlife as well right in the back yard. The home itself was cozy and had all that we needed.

The location of the property was excellent. The hosts allowed us to check-in a little ahead of schedule which was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The home backs to a creek and we saw all sorts of wildlife during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking our dog regularly. While the home is aged, it was very clean and well decorated.

This location was convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. It was a big space, plenty of room for the whole family. The host was super responsive and communicative. The neighborhood was gorgeous, lots of big trees and on a quiet street. The kids loved the ping pong table and basketball game in the basement.

This home provides all the amenities needed for a great stay. I especially liked having a TV in every bedroom as well as the living area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. I would most definitely recommend this Home (& the host for their pleasantness).

Fantastic Staycation Location

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, things for our kids to do, close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed here for a week while our home interior was being painted. Would definitely stay again during home projects or recommend to people that are coming from out of town.

Stairs inside the house were a little tricky with a short foot area. House was clean! The railing leading to the house was wobbly.

She now has her real estate license and loves interior design and fitness. We want to create a space that feels at home but with a unique experience at each of our short-term rentals.

This property is in a unique and comfortable location that is in the heart of Overland Park but feels incredibly secluded. There is a beautiful yard and back deck that provides a serene location allowing you to forget there is anyone else around. When you want to go out and about there are a ton of great options for fantastic restaurants within minutes and plenty of activities close as well. The house has TVs in every bedroom and all the necessary kitchen equipment you would need to stay and cook at home. We strive to make our house feel like home and want you to have a fantastic experience with us every time you stay.
