Villa Maria is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with the oldest cornerstone. In the early 60s, well-known artist Milovan Stanić created the entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be.
4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continue with 200 m2 of terraces.
The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.
