Oceanfront Designer Condo with Huge Views! Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops and restaurants. The resort features an ocean front pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. There are no resort or parking fees. Ma'alaea is a perfect choice for those that want a convenient central location to drive to Hana or Haleakala.

Lauloa 402 has a central A/C unit, is a 1- bedroom, 1-bath renovated condo located on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This spacious, modern condo will provide you with all the comforts of home. Settle in with comfy furnishings and plenty of space for your family or group to spread out. From the lanai, your ocean view is a front-row seat to watching the humpback whales in whale season, sea turtles, multiple outer islands, sunrises over Haleakala, and beautiful sunsets. Dine al fresco on the spacious lanai with your beverage of choice. The modern renovated kitchen is fully equipped, has gorgeous cabinetry and full size stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need to make all your meals in house...just bring your groceries!

Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze or enjoy the A/C to help cool things down throughout the condo. The living room is a great spot to kick back and relax, watching the large flat screen TV, enjoying the blazing fast Wifi and gazing at the best feature, the panoramic ocean view. There is a Queen size murphy bed in the living room for additional guests.

The bedroom features an ocean view for winding down at the end of your tropical days to the time you wake up! Lull yourself to sleep with the sound of crashing waves in the plush, King size bed. You'll appreciate the bright and airy, spacious bathroom featuring dual sinks and a huge walk in shower. Pack light because this unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

There are many ways to enjoy Maui's sunshine. Go for a dip in the shared, oceanfront pool. Grill out at the poolside grilling station while looking out at the ocean. We provide a beach chair and beach towel for each guest and a cooler for you to be able to hit the beach right away! Maui's longest sandy beach (Sugar Beach) is just 1/3 mile from the condo. Get there by sidewalk. Or drive and be there in less than a minute. Smart lock with a unique access code for easy self check-in.
