Welcome to Kaanapali Plantation #16, your serene island retreat with expansive views of lush landscapes, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, and the islands of Lanai and Molokai, all framed by the stunning blue Pacific. Enjoy your mornings with coffee, meals, sunsets, and cocktails while admiring the tranquil ocean.

With over 1,500 square feet of living space, this condo offers ample room for you and your group to relax. Ideally located in Kaanapali, between Lahaina and Kapalua, it's the perfect base for exploring the West side of Maui. A short walk or drive of less than half a mile will take you to Kahekili Beach Park, also known as Airport Beach, part of the top-rated Kaanapali Beach. Just 1.4 miles away is Whaler’s Village, Maui’s most scenic shopping destination.

Nestled on a leafy 10-acre hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Kaanapali Plantation condo resort is close to the white sands and clear waters of Black Rock Beach, a former retreat for Hawaiian royalty.

Venture beyond the resort to enjoy a round at the premier North Kaanapali Golf Course or witness the daily cliff diving spectacle at Black Rock, a tradition honoring Maui's revered royalty. The property was beautiful and as described in the listing. Having a view of the ocean was a bonus! Our contact during the stay, Herb was very responsive and on top of any issues we had during our stay. The house was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishwater, kitchen appliances, toiletries and beach supplies. We also had two parking passes which was a great help for our bigger family that needed two cars. The only comment I would make is we would have appreciated if the place had been cleaned a little more tediously (this could be based of personal preference) - the master bathtub still had a lot of mildew streaks and stains, same with some of the toilets. The only reason I bring that up is because you’re paying an hefty cleaning fee, so would expect the place to be super clean. Also having a handheld vacuum for guests to use throughout the stay to suck up any sand tracked in from outside would be nice! Overall, a superb stay, our family enjoyed our time & we would definitely rent again!

This property is a great option for those wanting to visit Maui. Communication with the manager was seamless. The location is perfect for accessing beautiful beaches and other activities like the Road to Hana. The condo was clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view, clean, less than ten minute walk from the beach. They even had beach towels and other beach necessities like chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and more! Would definitely come back and stay again.

Wonderful Family Stay

Our Maui stay was so great at the property. The kids loved the beach toys and items that made hanging out at the beach a blast. The house had all the amenities needed to make our vacation amazing. The host was very responsive to our needs and made everything enjoyable. We would recommend this beautiful place to stay 10 out of 10 times.

Great space the whole family

Stayed for a week in Sept '24. Condo was clean and spacious, we were able to have 6 stay comfortably with one of the kids sleeping on the couch. The kitchen and appliances were great and made breakfasts/ lunches easy. The location is quiet in the evenings, but also just a 10 min walk from the condo to Kaanapalli beach. Great place to stay!

Good location and good ocean views

The propery was updated nicely and had every thing we needed. It was clean and comforable. The weather wasn't good half of the time we were there, so it was nice to beable to play games at the table and look the windows to the ocean.

Beautiful view and location

This condo was perfect. It had everything you needed. The view was to die for! What a wonderful way to wake up with your coffee. Location was close to Lahaina, but not too close, so you had a nice relaxed quit vibe every day. Great resorts across the road for breakfast and dinner.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our visit to Maui and the 2-story condo was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and as described online. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view from both decks were lovely. There is a nice beach in walking distance, and we enjoyed visiting Castaway Cafe nearby for breakfast. We had one issue with one of the bathroom sinks during our stay. The property management was quick to respond and sent someone out right away to make the repair. We loved the unit and enjoyed returning each evening after a full day of exploring the island. If you're looking for a quiet and roomier alternative to the busy resorts, I highly recommend this place!
